Cookie Management

This app is not functioning correctly this year. I used it in the past and it was nice but this year I am not able to log my booth sales. I bought it to the attention of the developers and he suggested I watch the training video, I explained that I had used it last year and am familiar with the app however he insist the problem is with the user (me) and refused my request for a refund. Not going to use or recommend this app in the future.

This app is horrible. This is supposed to be an inventory app but it doesn't even show you how many boxes you have left after you enter sales.

This app is not new user friendly at all. It operates under the impression that you've already used this or someone else has taught you how to use this. I got this and purchased the individual account (then had to purchase an extra child account because I have two girls in scouts). Also, all help and faq is geared toward the group/tcm type of accounts. I couldn't figure out how to add inventory for my girls. There is no clear instructions in the app for this. If you're looking for a quick answer on their page, look at the videos. The answers will most likely not be in writing. I do have to say I like the ability to edit the prices of the cookies, as I know that varies from region to region, and also the ability to select which cookies were selling. I wish there was access to the a troop booth in the individual account, just because I'd like to at least (personally) keep track of what we do there. The family book I worry will take it out of our inventory if I do that. Will I pay the subscription price again next year? Likely not. There was another app I was thinking of getting that maybe I'll use next year. Especially if our council doesn't approve the use of the official GS cookie app again. I took a chance on this one because I thought it was the best price. Didn't know I was going to get dinged because I have two kids. Still thinking of getting that other app, even though I forked out money for this.

Amazing app, totally worth the money!!!!

I really loved this app. It was super helpful and helped keep me organized. I didn't mind paying the 6 dollars last year. Then I go to log in this year and in order to use it I have to pay for it again. That is absolutely terrible! No matter how much I loved this app it isn't worth paying for every year and ebudde just came out with their own app for free, one that transfers online so I only have to enter it in one place. Still I am disappointed that you expect people to pay for the app every year.

Great app for cookie time. I will definitely use again.

I have been using this for my daughter's cookies for the last couple days. It has done everything I have wanted it to do. I had some questions/suggestions were answered within a few hours. Love the customer service. Next year I hope to use this for my troop. No it doesn't sync with ebudde, but neither do the paper forms I was carrying around. I had to manually enter the orders and my pickups and my payments, but it is so easy to use I did this in very little time (400 boxes of orders). Now I can click a buttons and know what stock I have in my car, what I have delivered, what I have to deliver, and what payments I have made. Older girls will love this on their phone. It can be on multiple phones, so the mom and the girl can see it. It is everything I wish council would have designed for us, and hasn't.

It lists as free on the app store, but after you download it, it won't let you access until you pay. Wish they were upfront about that.

Listed as free, but you have to pay to use it? At least give free option to see if it functions well for us

It's easy to use, easy to understand, and helps us keep track of all of our cookies! Love that it is free!

Works great. Simple to use. Helps my daughter keep track of her individual orders and sales of her Daisy Troop

Nice app

This is my second year using this app, first year introducing it to parents to use and I love it! No more flooded questions of how much their girl sold, how much they owe, or what's left to purchase in cookies. It's all ready, available, easy to track and so super easy to use. I did have to draw up a little guide with screenshots on how to use it, but once parents followed the guide, there were zero issues. The one instance I had to use customer service last year was great. I received a quick response and several follow-up responses to make sure everything was running smoothly for me. I am spoiled by this app and don't know what I'd ever do if I got a phone that didn't support it.

This looks like it would be a helpful app. It has everything a cookie mom could want. As I was watching the tutorial, however, I couldn't help asking myself how this actually makes life any easier when everything you do here you still have to enter again in ebudde. Makes a lot of this app redundant and introduces a lot of opportunities for error. In addition, should you need to turn in a family for outstanding payments, you still have to provide the council documentation in the form of transaction receipts, meaning you have to duplicate everything you do. Again, redundant.

Awesome inventory and paperwork management especially for large cookie heavy troops like ours. You saved us many hours of spreadsheets and double counting!

Totally worth the money. Moms can track their own orders and swap boxes between themselves. Everything gets updated back to cookie manager. Signatures, booths, counsel orders... everything you can think of! Cookie managers pay for the app then setup user id/password for each mom so only one fee. I love being able to call or text moms via buttons inside app. Michael was super responsive with all of my questions. Moms absolutely love it. Must-have for cookie managers!

Originally had issues but Michael the developer came to the rescue. Looking forward to cookie season!

Heard great things about this app. Downloaded it and getting ready to use it for cookie season for both my troop and my own family

Costs alot

This app is a lifesaver. Saves me on ink from constant print outs and needing my tablet or computer constantly. I always have my phone on me. I had some issues upon registration and I had almost an instant response with constant contact for a fix. Great Customer Service and super helpful app for any Troop Leader. Hope you guys will be updating with the new cookies this year! Thanks, again for the great work!

This was the best app ever!! So easy to use, keeps everything organized, makes taking and keeping track of orders a breeze! I definitely will be using it again next year!

After installing, it asked me to purchase a type of account. It's not expensive, but definitely not free. You still have to add things manually to ebudee. I don't think it's worth the time/money to have this app.
