Screencast Video Recorder Demo

The app Is good and works well except for the video colors, they are so weird. I have a galaxy s2 i9100 and cm11 on it, i had the cm10.2 too but The same problem was there

I have the note 3 from t-mobile and my phone is rooted but it doesn't let me run it, just says "fatal error" I'll rate it 4 stars because I know this is a good app but doesn't support note 3, please fix.

To everybody who is complaining about how this app requires root access, you're an idiot. The developer didn't require root access to discriminate against you, he did it because it was necessary for the app to work. Right now it is not working on android 4.2.2. If he can fix this it would be a great app.

Works well, though on hi res can record 16 fps max (skips frames otherwise) and slows system down significantly. I've got large memory card, that would be great if it will be possible to record uncompressed video instead.

This app sucks because no one wants to link their device, that takes too much time. Now you may be asking how I have time to write this. Well in taking the time out if my day to explain how bad this is. Good try though but I'm not very experienced with androids so try something less complicated

For everyone's information this thing needs you to root your phone all screen recorder needs rooted device except for if you are using Lollipop. The problem is its not good, it changes the color of the video but it runs smoothly in the video, this demo is so short only for about a minute.

Is your app multi treaded? Is it gpu or cpu intensive? Would going from a 2 core U.S. version S3 to a quad core Note 2 make any significant difference in fps ability under top quality? I want to record a consistent 30 fps at 720p but judging from the stress tests I get from 21fps to 28fps. So I must choose the lowest at 21 fps to get a consistent recording. Not even using audio yet but I want to.

Hey it's a demo. It did its job which is letting me try the app fully to make sure it 1.) works on my device, 2.) performs well on my device, 3.) fills my needs, 4.) is worth the price. In this case the answer was yes on all 4 counts so I forked over the 4 bucks. A bargain for what it does and the time it will save me.

It says SOMETHING IS PREVENTING SCREENCAST FROM RUNNING please fix this.. I also reported the problem.. Please fix this I'm really looking forward to buy the paid version if this is fixed

I don't know how to root my device so I can't record anything. Shame that I really wanted to record my tutorials... I still will give a two stars because the only problem is the root. Except for that, it's perfect. Please get a reply soon. Thank you.

Il record a video, but then when I view it its sideways. So I flip my tablet, and then I flips too. Nobody wants to see a sideways video. Please fix so I can rate five. And I have a youtube channel so if u were to make the app free for some time il sponsor you in my upcoming vids.

Quality is terrible, 30sec for free users? Not much use. You'd not only get more people doing 2-3 mins but having this limitation to have people pay $5 for the full version is s bit much for a simple screen recorder is a bit much. Plus you loose a lot of people which is sad. Maybe $1 will increase users for the full.

Does not work in any of my devices like note 2, note 10.1 2012 and 2014 and xperia s. Send them about 10 emails and receive no feedback. Don't WASTE YOU MONEY.

Cant access the stupid app because its a rooted one. If I could rate it 0/stars I would. Complete waste of time

Idk how good it is, but I don't want to root my phone, especially because out void's my warranty, abd I could possibly brick my phone. So, if this didn't require root, if love it (probably)

That's right peoples it is a great app. I think some of the bad reviews the person had other problems. You do have to be using a rooted phone after all ;-)

I use this a lot. I'd really love to buy this app, but I honestly find it rather pricey. I'd buy it if it were at least 50% off its original price. Guess I'll be waiting on a sale... Great app!

As per previous poster I'm getting blank recordings. Sound working but no video. 4.2.2 Worked fine with 4.2.1 please update to run on newer base

Please fix this app without rooting 'coz I wanna record my screen. I was still waited for long time to get free screen recording but it doesn't work for me or my phone device. :/ Please I need help.. And also I couldn't record.. Please try your best to prove it.

Me too! And I don't want to wreak my tablet rooting it! Seriously, they should make an app where you are able to record things, no rooting or anything complicated!

I installed the demo on my shiny new RK3288 box,having tried all others that either locked the machine, had awful quality or had lousy frame rates. This worked just about perfectly. It has one very important feature missing though and that is the ability to record the sound from the device itself and not just from a microphone. This one feature addition would make the app perfect. Please add it soon.

A wonderful app to use to record your screen but the only flaw that is really irritating me is the timing. 20 seconds for one shot. If people are trying to do YouTube videos then how are they going to record it. Other than that, it works perfectly fine. For this app you need to get your phone rooted on a laptop or computer, use the kingo app

When scrolling my Facebook time line I can see the cursor moving but the time line doesn't move. Using rooted galaxy s2 LTE Interestingly, it works fine on my original galaxy tab which is older and lower poewed

MY phone is rooted and i checked on root checker.....its rooted... even i run some root access apps its work....why on this app it says ur device not have root access.... its happening on LENOVO A369i.FIX IT!!

I bought this galaxy tab because screencast doesnt work on my tegra 3 device. I'd really appreciate it if you fix it. Plus I wanna buy the full version but I'm waiting for this "black screen" to be fixed. A lot of people are counting on you. Don't let us down Sir. Gracias.

I like this app I want to start putting stuff on YOUTUBE so this was a good thing to start with. Everything seems fine and I'll probly get the full version but I didn't have audio. That may have been my fault but look into that. I'm useing a Android MID tablet. Thanks for making a demo and sorry for anybody who is a jerk about this sucking because its a great app and demo.

It's a shame I have only got 20 seconds for recording? I'm not sure if I can have something interesting in 20 seconds. Plus, most of the colors are blue, I wasn't expecting something this bad. I hope this is improved.

I really want to buy the full version but on this demo version the screen goes negative on the video. Also I can't stand 20 seconds of video only to be able to decide if we want the full version or not. Maybe make it a little longer like 40 seconds instead of 20? Thnx on my ellipsis 7 tablet. Also, it doesn't record everything. For example I'll switch through my multiple screens on the home screen and only the first screen pops up. Then I'll open an app and only one image will pop up. :/ I've decided to try a different app

The apps great and it works fine but the colours are messed up. E. G red becomes green, please fix b cause I want to get the full version

You need a root I don't have a root to film its stupid I want to upload minecraft onto my YouTube channel and it won't let me . stupid I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Worst thing ever!:-(
