While easy to access clients, whoever has built this has no idea that if you are an advisor to a client, you won't be able to register password recovery options. So when logging into clients you can still do password resets, but see the message "log in was not completed successfully." This message is useless and cannot be corrected. Please remove it, or explain the error. Program principals teach that an error message should show the user that something is wrong and what needs correcting."Something happened" is the type of error you'd out in a script you built yourself for deleting internet history or bulk renaming files. It does not belong in the app of a multibillion dollar company.

Used to be fairly useful - but now, as other users are stating, the App reports 'User sign-in was not completed successfully. Tap here to retry'. This process fails. This failure has occurred since the last update - 2 months ago and nothing has been done - Microsoft please fix this! If you cannot fix admin Apps then what chance have the users??? UPDATE 14/06/17 - Update 3.22.0.0 installed - still same problem as above. However: Force Stop / Uninstall / Reinstall - then re-login (note the proper Active Directory login) and App now fully works again - regraded to 4 stars, would be 5 but it shouldn't have taken this long to fix!

6/7/2017 - For months (since end of last year?) I have been unable to view Health items. Just shows "No services" across the top. They are viewable in the Win 10 app on my workstation, and from the Web, but the Android app is broken. In addition, I'm unable to submit support tickets from the Android app. I get alerts that there is a new issue, but then I am unable to view it. Annoying. Keep thinking it will resolve with each update, but no luck so far. 7/13/2017 - Still busted, and trying to find who manages this app within Microsoft is a pain. :-)
