So what is Rpg Generator? I hear you ask, well its a suite of generators that allow for some on the fly Dungeon mastering, help with quest creation, or just something to have fun with. It also has a basic Character sheet generation, storage and a dice roller (with wild dice ability). It should help with all fantasy role-playing games, not just Dungeons & Dragons.
Before we continue lets address in-app purchases....They are for donations only, no limitations are put on you if you do not donate, no nag screens, nothing.
Ads are only on the generators and not on the character sheet, small adds, no full screen ones.
Ok those were important points to make.
Say your the Dungeon Master, your DnD party are supposed to go visit a little old lady in town to get the key for your dungeon, it never occurred to you that they may want to visit the local inn! ok so you fire up the app and generate an inn, "The Two tigers inn".
They go and listen to the bard "whats playing" says one most annoying player, well a quick generate and you tell him its "The little ditty of elation".
In the corner they see a cleric, and go to speak to him, using the male npc gen you now have a rough description of the npc, along with some quirks to give you inspiration on how he may act.
They ask him what deity/immortal he serves, quick gen of deity and its "Orahob, Lawful Lord of dreams".
A passing pot boy says to the group they arrived at a good time, tomorrow the town hosts "the delightful celebration of the colour white" its a yearly event and whole families attend (celebration generator).
The thief of the party picks the potboys pocket and (random gear generator) get a small comb.
Above is just an example written with me hitting generate where required (and a couple of times I confess I hit generate a couple of times, the potboy almost had a 10ft pole lifted and the celebration due to a quirk in the way I created it (and a quirk I never want to fix) was not fully family friendly lol. I do not, nor could I, plan to have this app replace a DM's imagination!
There is too many generators in Rpg Generator to list them all and stick to the 4000 char limit of this description.
Generators get added constantly, and added to! my recent update added random event generation and i am particularly proud of my Inn name Generator. This really should help Dungeon Masters with on the fly role playing (and according to a few ratings it has helped a few writers too :)
Results can be saved as html files via the menu or even shared as html code.
NOTE: generators like this can generate inappropriate material and grammatical errors, plus with my dyslexia there may be some spelling errors, if you find any that you think can be avoided, use the feedback option to send me the details and i will fix (be polite, remember i don't get paid to make the app and the advert panel and donations make very little, shall not give up my day job anytime soon).

Great! Just one thing, though. Somehow, ALL of my generated creatures have no mouth! Otherwise, great game, keep up the good work! EDIT: Creatures DO now have mouths! But, could you just implement "background" section. Otherwise, keep it up!

This app is great, the grammer could be better but as its a random generator i will let it pass. The app is good for people looking for random objects, locations or NPCs. If the app had a futuristic setting listed it would be pretty cool. The customer service is a bit 'cheerful' while commenting on the reviews although at least their getting read XD

I actually used this app to build out a one-shot adventure in real-time during a session once. Honestly, I changed a few names and abilities as I needed for my game, but it really took out a ton of the guess work... ...especially the weapon history part of the game. It's pretty cool seeing the expressions on my Players' faces when I tell them where their weapons have been.

This application can generate almost anything you could need as a GM. It is fantastic. Chests with or without traps, books, items, characters, towns. It is a very fun addition to D&D for a DM.

Very helpful. When making your own campaign this helps with all the random encounters or other randomness you need to add. It can get time consuming to make them up your self and this is a big help. I also enjoy the humour it adds to the grueling process. (Rolls dice,) ohhh.....hmmmm. *has evil smirk on face*

Thx! A group of friends of mine have always wanted to play D&D but none of us have a vivid imagination nor think things through all the way, this also helps when a player runs off the track you had laid out for them :> You need to be worshipped. Also here is a hug!

I didn't realize this wasn't an actual game when I downloaded it, rather an app to help DnD players create their stories. Still it's a cool app. I've never played DnD but I'll keep this app in case I do since it's barely got a footprint on my phone. With all those generators I may find other uses for this app too. I didn't find any bugs in the 10 minutes I've spent on it so far, and I'll edit this if I do.

Great app and I love most of the generators. My only complaint is that the npc and town names seem really weird, maybe add the ability to generate specific types of names (british or tolkein elvish for example) in a future update.
