Rarely can I get to the Messages section on My Health Connection...the most important part of the app! Why aren't Messages listed as on option on the Main menu that always comes up? I have the same issue on the Website version using Chrome. What do I have to do to reliably get to Messages?

U70%

My health connection section is just website unformatted to fit in the app.

This app has never worked. It crashes immediately. I tripped uninstalling and reinstalling. I can't contact the developer because that information is inside the app.

Before I installed this app. I had no problem accessing my health connection now I can't get it to open. Hate it someone needs to fix this and stop messing around we need to be able to access our medical records when we need to.

I used to be able to sign on to uc health via my Samsung Galaxy 5 now I can't sign on at all. Tried the app and still can't sign on. A waste of time. I'm not going to open up my laptop each and every time and sometimes I'm not even home to do so. I'm done with the uc health portal. Should be a big 0 on stars but that option is not available.

I can open access to my health connection while at university hospital but the second you're inside Memorial Hospital it won't open or access my record at all. Does memorial hospital have it purposely blocked so patients can't access their records while inpatient? Seems to. App is very unhelpful.

U70%
by U####:

I was unable to open the app on my phone, I thought it would be nice to have considering the email version hasn't been working either. I'm sad I didn't have better luck.
