Zwakala Taxis/Buses/Convoys

Zwakala Transits

Zwakala Transits is designed to assist the public with the following transportation’s needs:
1. Meter taxi calling (i.e. Low cost),
2. Real time public transits tracking and routes mappings.
3. Ambulance and Carrie vehicle requests (i.e. Goods, Equipment, Livestock, etc.) and
4. Convoys for group travelers to various events such as: Funerals, Wedding, Party, Festival, Sporting tournaments, etc.

Service providers such as drivers, association monitors and administrators can view and manage requests in real-time. Associations can now create new routes informed by transport request analytics. Access can be requested from zwakala administrator.

Meter Taxi Service

A request is initiated through the following steps:
1. Mark the pickup location,
2. Mark the destination location,
3. Select service type (i.e. 4 Seater, 12 Seater, 4 Executive, Ambulance),
4. Select Payment type (i.e. 1-2 Passengers, 2-4 Passengers, 2-4 VIP, Ambulance, Currier Tracks, etc) and then
5. Publish your request for meter taxis the area to pick it up.

Drivers in the area can view a list of customer requests. The first driver to claim the request will be allocated to that customer. The customer can then view the driver's location and detail as he/she approaches.

At the end of the trip the driver will close the request and the customer will be prompted to rate the trip.

Drivers purchase Zwaki points that are deducted on every trip. Customers who cancels a trip after driver acceptance will be penalized. They will have to purchase Zwaki points to compensate drivers.

Zwakala charges standard rates. Rates differ by country. This module works through Taxi associations for taxi on-boarding.

Routes >> Public Transportation

Commuters can view locations of transits on their selected route in real time. Likewise, drivers can view customers on their routes. Route maps are automatically drawn as commuters and driver make use of the app.

Routes can be requested through email to zwakala.transits@gmail.com. Kindly add coordinates for start/end points and other important pit-stops.

Routes can be searched and bookmarked for reuse. Bus scheduled will be uploaded per request.

Customer's visibility status can be changed from visible (i.e transit.calling) or stay hidden (i.e. offline).

Public routes drivers are charged daily Zwakis per route per day.

Registration is either through online boarding or through email to zwakala.transits@gmail.com.

Convoy

The Convoy module allows people to follow a leader without worrying about the distance in between. Maps and directions are automatically updated as travelers moves around.

Journey planner

The Journey Planner work similar to the convoy except participants are presented with locations to the event area. The planner plots the locations, then share the journey number with others.

Through this module you can view other participants in real-time. Locations can be removed if no longer required. (e.g. A funeral event can start at the bereaved family’s place, move to church and later to reception area. These locations can be removed if no longer required)
