Excellent service!!! Timeline very helpful to keep track of order

Functional flaw: Money is removed from account before checking food availability, this leads to an annoying wait for refunds. Why not check with restaurant, then remove money followed by a go-ahead message to restaurant.

Took my money and did not deliver my food. Called the Call center and spoke to Jason. He said the Driver couldn't find my address and refused to refund. Will be issuing a chargeback for this order.

Downloaded the app went through all the trouble of signing up and only to find out you don't deliver in my area. Won't even using you anytime soon.

This is what service is. I ordered food for my sister who was in Joburg and I was in Witbank. Zero hassle and on time

I hated it! I used my promo code, my order was canceled by the restaurant because they didn't have supplies for my order, but I couldn't use the promo code for my next order!!!

Only our first order but super happy (discount on first order helped because quite a mark up on original restaurant prices). So quick and efficient, food hot and tasty!

Really enjoying this. Im never going out to get food myself again! Lol. Huge selection, delivery is usually fast than estimated time, and food is in tact and still warm.

Great app that's convenient and accurate. Would be nice to have long descriptions on menu items as well as reviews on the food. Extremely efficient and will be using more often

The prices are ridiculous but food is amazing and so is the service so ... kind of worth the money but like in the end though when you're belly is full

This app would be much better if you could actually see full descriptions of the items as the longer descriptions are cut off and there is no option to view the full item. This is especially problematic when viewing items such as sushi platters because you may not be able to see all the items included. Another issue I have is that you can't seem to change your credit card details on your account at a later stage which is annoying if you would like to use a different card.

Super easy to use and convenient ! Only suggestion is that if someone gives a review on the app about the food they order, they have to atleast state if they had a burger or pizza or whatever. So If I want to order from the same place I know what the previous people have found yummy and not so yummy

Good service, however, Mochachos needs to supply their salsa in a separate container and next to the Mild option on the app they need to state Tomato. The meal was horrible! The nachos was spiced with tomato and was drowning in tomato mild salsa as well. The cheese, avo and cream was minimal. #TomatoMeal #RedEverywhere

Does what it says. Easy to use and very few to no problems with delivery experience. Little problems like not being able to expand descriptions (longer ones just end in ...) keep it back. The card payment system often repeatedly bugs out during the verification process where pressing the submission button does nothing. It's the ABSA secure payment portal if that's at all relevant.

Amzing to know when im sick and dont wanna leave the house I can just go on this app and 1 2 3... im sorted! Thanks for your great service!

I will not tip on the app from now on, only in cash. The driver was terrible and he already had my 20% tip that I paid on the app.

The food item descriptions after a certain length get cut off. Pictures of food items would be a fantastic feature. Great app!
