About [XPOSED] Sensor Disabler
This uses the Xposed Framework in order to the disable and modify sensors on a device.
This requires you to not only be rooted, but to also have Xposed installed. If you don't know what either of those are, this app will not work on your phone.
This app can be used to disable your proximity sensor along with other sensors on your device.
The proximity sensor is a sensor in most phones that tells the phone when the phone is near another object (generally a face.)
If your screen frequently goes black when on a phone call and you can't use it until the other party hangs up, this should fix your problem.
- Features:
1: Can disable and modify most sensors on your phone (without requiring a restart).
2: Can use Tasker to control sensor statuses. (Pro Version)
3: Can use a blacklist/whitelist in order to decide which apps should use or ignore sensor settings you've set. (Pro Version)
If you have already purchased the Tasker In-App Purchase, you have the Pro Version already (and therefore the new blacklist/whitelist support.)

I have xposed 86 framework running, and cm 5.1 oneplus one, and every time I open the app it keeps crushing... will be happy to support and update review to 5... NVM, unistall and reinstall worked XD

Thanks to a faulty proximity sensor I could no longer place normal or WhatsApp calls , as the screen would turn black , and I had to wait for the other person to hangup. Disabled the sensor all together and I can now just lock when in a call . Thank you so much !!!!!

My proximity sensor was broken and I needed a way to turn it off. Because it was constantly locking the screen during phone call (also when not near my ear). I tried probably every other app and not a single one could let me disable the proximity sensor. If you have the same problem as me don't waste your time on other apps. This on the other hand works perfectly fine. The only downside is, that you have to root your device and install Xposed network.
