for the most part, everything is up to date when it comes to address and phone number, but they should keep better track of whether businesses go out of business or change numbers.

Keeps spinning won't connect on location

The new permissions set is incredibly intrusive for a directory app! Why do you need access to all my personal info? The DexKnows database is nice but the updated permissions are absurd.

They have a poor rating on my business after I requested there be no reviews on my business....so I am returning the favor all over the net. Valley West Corner Store

It quit finding my location I loved this app & relied on its accuracy (on gas prices, area restaurants & local movies) until about 3 weeks ago....Now it can't find my location PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!

Trying to find out the location of a business, but after typing it in, there is not a button to proceed with the search

Won't load. Stuck on acquiring location

When trying to find a business in my area, the "current location" does not change to actual current location. Have to fill in city name and state for it to actually work. Doesn't work too well for finding people either; at least, this my experience with this app.

Does not know about most businesses in my area, not even a Home Depot that has been open for 5+ years, UNINSTALLING NOW!

I use this app even where I go and at work. I work with a lot of churches and schools so as far as being able to get numbers and addresses,this has been my most valuable tool.

Use this app all the time, accurate, helpful, and timely.

I have almost quit using the book because of this app.

I travel a lot, this app has saved me on numerous occasion. It is helpful even when I am at home. I have a friend who calls me to find i help out finding information for them.

Problem is half the time doesn't know the business I am looking for. Business has been there for awhile, but guess what, not in their system.

It gets me what I need. Quick and easy.

Very helpful for finding local numbers, but not long distance.

Easy to use, and fast.

It opens and I can find businesses but saving to favorites and rating them never works. Also I had to sign up with email instead of FB cause that also wouldn't work

Very fast and reliable! I have found this app to give me data for people and places I cannot find elsewhere.

Clean car/ mini van. Limo service also great driver too.

App works great. Gives details for numbers places I've never been able to get anywhere before.

The app works great but it dose not update information on when a business closes down and is no longer in business.

I still prefer the use of the website over the app, since it is clear on what info is available and what is not. However, this is good and getting better.

The app does locate things you search for but I would like more categories.
