Mpix Tap To Print

I don't know where to start. This app looks nothing like the pictures. I have an option to upload pictures, once uploaded I have no choice other than upload again. The upload was successful, however, I cannot see the uploaded pictures, I have no tabs for editing/cropping/ purchasing. This app was a waste of storage. A waste of my time trying to upload multiple times, believing I was doing something wrong. Wow. Goodbye mpix app.

Awful. Can't look into created folders. Uploading pictures is a joke. With high speed wifi it can never finish a large (30 pics) upload. Always erroring out with message "need better connection". Apparently you need to keep app and screen on during the entirety of the upload (won't just work in background).

It's good for creating albums and uploading photos from your phone. But, it's not good for ordering prints. They don't print the way they're cropped on this app. Print from the website and save yourself the time, money and disappointment.

Terrible. Have never been able to even upload any pics due to "broken connection" according to app.

Convenient to print photos off my phone but really disappointing that checkout on the website and app don't sync.

Love the site. Don't like the app. Having problems signing up and uploading pictures.

What you see is NOT what you get. I was SO excited and thought I loved it. Then I received my photos. Heads were cut off and photos NOT cropped the way I cropped them. On the screen everything makes sense and looks perfect, but then you get your order in the mail and it's not what you expected. Stick with the website. Total disappointment. Would have been so convenient.

Tried several times with two different email accounts and got unknown server error message. So while this app got rave reviews from a friend for great quality photos, I'm going back to sending pics to good ol reliable Walgreens - ready in an hour. Unistalling immediately!

The only thing good about this app is the quality of pictures. The app is super buggy, constantly giving error messages, closing down, not loading images. The UI is terrible, not intuitive and rarely works on the first try. Walgreens has crap quality images but works about 100 times better than this and is quite a bit cheaper.

I've been struggling with this website and app for few days now. Every time I spend 10 minutes choosing pictures to print when I push "done" nothing appears in the folder. All that time I've wasted uploading (and I tried more than once) and nothing happens. Uninstalling and deleting my account.

This app is generic. You can only order prints, only 2 options of paper. No ordering for canvas, albums, cards...nothing. I wanted the app so I could literally upload, make album, order and print. Now I find it easier to find another app. I sometimes go through you all, and other times other companies. (Depends on what I am ordering). Disappointed that only print on paper options are available.

Awesome quality prints. The only thing I wish the app did, is to allow you to choose multiple sizes of one print the first time instead of having to go back in to select it in a different size. Also, I wish you could view all of their other photo options in the app. Love the quality of my photos though, you don't get that with some of these other companies.

Not easy to use. Wouldn't upload from Google Photos app. A shame because print quality is usually pretty good.

So happy with t h e product I recieved. Spent a little more but had my pictures printed on the metallic paper. Wow so worth the extra cost.

Tried five times to sign up for an account and each time I got a server errors. I uninstalled it and I'll be using another app.

Uploaded photos, got the finished notification, then poof the photos are gone nowhere to be found. Bummer :(

I'm sure it's a great app for those who can use it, but the server error is an issue and it won't even let me sign up.

Seriously, why would you not make all photo sizes available from the app? It makes zero sense. Love Mpix, but this app must have been made by hoover because it SUUUUUCKS!

I love the quality of mpix prints however they are more expensive than their competitors and you can not use promo codes via this app.

I love mpix, but the app is difficult to use, crashes, and is essentially worthless.

Great products. I wish the interface was improved to recognize what you've previously uploaded. It seems to need to be manual to avoid dups. But other than that great products.

App is nice but cannot order wallets which I didn't realize unitl after I had uploaded photos and was toward the end of my order.

Trying the phone app Cuz my computer is old, will not let me crop my photo anymore in the cart. Want a larger print on 'canvas' and that's not an option, so won't get the larger print discount.

Was going to order a BUNCH of pictures. ,but you wont let me. Bye

This company sends out coupon codes frequently, but after you edit and get the pics ready on your phone, you realize they have no spot for a discount code. So much for all that effort, back to square one on the laptop.
