Diese Anwendung ermöglicht es Ihnen auf einfachste Weise den Stundennachweise per Smartphone zu erstellen und anschließend elektronisch als E-Mail mit angehängtem PDF Dokument an die Projektleiter zwecks Überprüfung der Angaben zu versenden.

Alle Baustellen Ihres Unternehmens sind, nach Anmeldung auf unserer Homepage, in dieser Anwendung dank der Anbindung an eine externe Datenbank jederzeit verfügbar und änderbar.
Der Mitarbeiter meldet sich nur noch mit seiner Personalnummer (Matricule) in der Anwendung an und kann alle Vorzüge nutzen. (siehe Funktionen)

Momentan ist diese Anwendung in deutsch, französisch, englisch, portugiesisch und ungarisch verfügbar..

FUNKTIONEN:

Folgende Funktionen bietet die elektronische Zeiterfassung:

- Wahl des Eintragszeitraumes. (max. 1 Jahr in die Vergangenheit und unbegrenzt in die Zukunft)
- Erstellen von Baustelleneinträgen durch Wahl des Baustellenorts, der Baustelle und der geleisteten Stunden.
- Erstellen von Wartungseinträgen durch Wahl des Orts der Wartung, der Wartung und der geleisteten Stunden.
- Erstellen von manuellen Einträgen durch manuelle Eingabe des Orts, der Baustelle und der geleisteten Stunden.
- Sondertage wählbar (Feiertag, Urlaub, Schulung, Krankheit, ...)
- Bearbeiten der Einträge.
- Löschen der Einträge.
- Kopieren der Einträge eines Tages zu einem oder mehreren anderen.
- Warnung bei Fehleinträgen durch blinkenes Symbol.
- Neben den Einträgen noch eine Anzeige der Totalstunden pro Tag.
- Nach Anmeldung mit der Personalnummer können persönliche Daten in der App bearbeitet werden.
- Überprüfung, vor Versenden des Stundennachweis, auf Richtigkeit aller Angaben.

This application allows you to create simple way the timesheets via smartphone and then electronically send as an email with an attached PDF document to the project in order to verify the information.

All sites of your company, after registration on our website, in this application, thanks to the connection to an external database at any time and can be changed.
The employee logs on only with his personal number (Matricule) in the application and can take full advantage. (See features)
