App should store details of water and property for the user. It should show history of bills and payments.

This is a very good effort by PCMC but officers should also take complaints seriously

It's very nice app, to report greviences to Municipal Body directly. But we request to update this app as soon as possible.

1) Unable to upload photo from phone gallery to raise the new complaint. 2) application stops working suddenly. 3) so many access required to install the application. This seems to be unsecured.

Tried couple of times.. installation fails with error code 505

Great App

Lots of bugs in app and pathetic service by pcmc. I added complaint about repairing pipeline. I got call from PCMC after 15 day till that time we repaied pipe line by private plumber. Pathetic service. PCMC is waisting our hard earn money.

Missing features: Should have following features: 1)To see the closure comments 2) To see assignee name and contact no 3)To provide feedback against complaint resolution 4)The complaint closure comments should be mandatory Without these features the app is of no use..the officials won't take the complaints seriously as there is no accountability! The PuneConnect app for PMC is way better than this app...there is lot of scope for improvement

Why does the complaint registered date shows a date 7 days after? e.g. I have made a complaint today on which it is showing a date as 27/08/2017. Is it done purposely to allow officials to claim that they have resolved the complaint fast but they can start acting on the complaint after 7 days are already lost. Pathetic service.

Good. But this app records wrong date when you register a complain. Today I registered a complaint (03/07/17) but recorded as 10/07/17

I am not able to pay the property tax using netbanking, there seems to be an issue with it. Please look into it.

Great app to know information about pcmc area and register any complaints and also you can pay property tax and water tax.. Just make the billing process fast by adding the option of saving debit, credit cards or net banking for next transaction, process=get bill>pay>save cards>cvv>otp>paid>email receipt

Its a mahanagar app which gives you power to devlop your area by complain registration to property and water bill payment,and know whats goimg in PCMC

Their was water leakage in my area for quite a few days,i reported i via app and work started next day.Never expected for such quick action.thanks

It should save profile in first go. It's ask to fill all the details every time we logon.
