I dislike the fact that DQ does not have a DQ in my area that utilizes the app. What is the purpose of having the app available to you if none of the local vendors will honor it? The originator of the app should make a personal investment in getting the buy-in from more DQ retailers to benefit their patrons. The cost is very high for the food already so there is no incentive for making purchases if there's no benefit or reward for the consumer in the end like with other "high-end" fast food locations.

There are little to no dairy queens participating in the program. I couldn't find even one with the locator provided in it; I mean it's not their fault. As mentioned by others, they're only participating in 2 states, I didn't bother figuring out which ones they were.

Great idea. Poor execution. Seems like the only way to get rewards is to purchase thru the app. Can't scan your receipt or enter code. Tried to redeem my reward and they said "we don't do that anymore"!

This app is completely worthless since THERE ARE NO PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS near my location. If I could give this 0 stars I would!

This is my second try downloading the app. The issue is that there still is not any locations near me that except the app. What is the point of having an app if it's all good in certain location. I call malarkey and poppycock!!!

Install and Get a Free Bizzard, Doesn't Bother to Say NONE of The Local Restaurants Near Me Accept The Damn Coupon So Wtf Use Is It Having It?! GARBAGE!!!! #UNINSTALLING

This app is garbage and provides nothing more than a way for them to collect money. No coupons, no services, nothing of value!

Tried using my coupon and waited for 15 minutes to have it redeem it and it just kept loading. Also only earn rewards on card purchases? That's lame

I don't understand why they would have an app to get rewards, but no damn DQ on the face of this Earth seems to be participating in using it! Disappointing...

The app is very easy to use... but since their isnt a DQ close by to me but their use to be like 7years ago in Vero Beach FL and I found one in Port Saint Lucie Blvd SW FL but go figure they arnt MyDQ app friendly, yall lost a customer here..

The app is only accepted at 5 places in my state and I live no where near where it is accepted. I had to screenshot the coupon, print it out, then bring it to them because their registers were from the 90's...

Kinda spendy but so worth it :-)

Everything at DQ just tastes better

None of the stores in Georgia are participating stores in this app. I WILL NOT change the stars until this is fixed!!!! I WON'T EVEN put money aside on a gift card & shop in DQ until fixed.

A big waste of time downloading this app. You get a free blizzard if you download the app but you can only redeem it if you go to a DQ that supports it. The only one I could find is 3 hrs away. You cant even earn points. What is the point of the app if 80 % of the DQs dont support it. Either have all DQs support it or dont have it at all. This app is just hurting the store rather than helping it. All there doing is frustrating there customers to the point of not wanting to come back.

I downloaded the app because I wanted to receive a free small blizzard. Once I finished the registration and clicked done it said unable to complete action, please try again later. So I did, and the same notification came up. I deleted the app and turned my phone on and off again and I got the same reaction. It wouldn't let me register. If you could please fix this problem I'd greatly appreciate it.

Why have an app you can't sign into? Getting "Unable to complete this action. Please try again later," just as others are getting. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting phone...all to find it still doesn't work. DQ has good food, just not good techs that created this app.

This app is very disappointing as it doesn't seem to perform some basic functions. I could not enter my DQ gift card. I entered all fields on the screen yet the 'submit' button was not enabled. After a few tries I gave up. Also the location services override the sleep mode of my phone so the app totally drains my battery extremely quickly. This has happened with prior app versions as well. I'm saddened to say that I think at this point I will be uninstalling this app and no longer using it.

This app is horrible. I haven't found any stores in the Phoenix area that take it. This is a huge City. Why are there no places that accept it? Have been told at 2 stores need to print the coupon from the app. How does one do that exactly? You have driven me into the arms of Culver's. I will no longer go to DQ.

I've signed up last month and wanted to have the buy one get one 99 cents and I can't get the code I've call the phone number to complain and they say they'll give me a buy one get one in the email. It didn't came yet now with the coupon expired I'm not satisfied with this app at all until they've fix things I think I'll Uninstall this app.

Within the "Find Stores" feature, when on All Stores, 24 locations are shown, including the DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant in my city. When I switch the filter to myDQ Stores, ZERO stores are shown. I live in a densely populated area in WA. So, I searched for the nearest myDQ location. Coeur d'Alene, ID. Whaa?! I'm not giving 1-Star b/c the app and deals seem good, but what's the point of having an app when none of your stores honor it? DQ needs to do better. I will be deleting this app- I don't need it.

My brand new phone has been losing power at a ridiculous rate. When I looked at battery usage, I saw that this app, that I've opened maybe 4 total times and definitely have not had open at all recently, has been using 31% of my battery! 31% and I haven't even been using the damn thing! Looking at the location services bullcrap, it appears to have been using my gps, Wi-Fi, & MOBILE DATA to find my location at all times. No wonder I'm so low on data too. This is unnecessary and I will be deleting ASAP.

It would be nice if DQ actually honored the coupons in your app or better yet had the system to be able to honor the coupons. I only got the app to get the coupons and deals and none of the dq's around here will accept it. So mcdonalds it is for ice cream, plus they are cheaper

In my town we have like 5 or 6 dq stores. NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM is a "participating" store so where i live cant enjoy the perks dq has to offer..just not right they all should participate or none

I went out of my way to go to a myDQ-compatible store. When there I attempted to redeem my free Blizzard offer, and the app just gets stuck "processing." I tried redeeming a few times and the same error occurred. (Addendum: I eventually did get my free blizzard. I have learned that "processing" is what it supposed to show on screen. At this point you need to tell the cashier that you're using the app, and they need to find and approve your request on their myDQ terminal.)

The DQ in my town supports it and told me about. When I downloaded and tried to get the spoon four my visit it there end didn't work. Went back a few days later to get the blizzard and they couldn't get it to work then either.

I use all fast-food apps and really wanted this one to work, but it doesn't. The app has an auto-check in feature that does not work. I travel a lot and have been told by every DQ that they don't accept coupons from within the app. So my question is, which DQ's do accept the app? Disappointed
