Secrets Resorts and Spas

Good app for when your staying. However it would be nice for the menus on the app to match up with the ones in the hotel resort. Not sure if they just haven't be updated. Was a shame though as sure many people would of used the app for the same purpose so they could plan there evening without going and looking at each menu in the hotel especially when all scattered around.

App looks good, but please could there be more hotels on it? Would be nice to avoid too many data charges when we stay at Royal Beach Punta Cana in a month's time!

Use to work. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it won't work on my Samsung Galaxy S5. You open it and it shows the Secrets header and that's it. Just downloaded and it's WORKS! Thanks for fixing. I was worried I wouldn't be able to use during our trip.

PRO: It's very handy for looking stuff up around the resort, seeing what's available when and where. CON: Navigation is NOT intuitive, stuff isn't whee you think it would be. CON: There should be confirmations sent when you book items with the app or order room service with the app.

Problems existing

I used to have this app previously on my Galaxy S4 and it worked just fine. I just upgraded to an S5 and with lolipop it will only load up the main screen and won't actually function. It looks like its last update was in October.

Screen stays frozen. Whats the point of even offering.

Was good until Movitas failed to maintain compatibility with lollipop. This sucks because I need this app to work when I go to Secrets shortly.

It does not work on Android lollipop. I have a Galaxy S6 Edge, and it only loads the secrets logo.

Uograded to android lollipop and the app does not work. Staff only says to redownload and try again. Does not work!

Android updated it's os and now with lollipop the app doesn't work. :( going to secrets for my honeymoon....I hope this is fixed soon.

Doesn't support Lollipop

Had this installed on my Samsung GS 5 and it was working, now it opens and there is no dropdown to choose your hotel... please fix!

It looks good for a while, then you start to see the gaps. May be designed by novices, since my Samsung Note 2 does not show the log out button. So the key feature of making calls home is not available. Retarded. What makes me more annoyed is that there is no support function in the app.

Cant make a call Internet access with wifi is poor dont see the point of trying to call never works 7days trying but no good stick to paying for calls dont download.

At Secrets Vallarta Bay. Wifi is spotty and slow. It's driving me up the wall. I give up.

This app was a wonderful way to allow the guests to stay connected with their loved ones and resort information such as menu for the open restaurants nightly.

App was pretty useless @ Secrets Vallarta Bay, no one in our group was able to get it to work.

Constantly disconnects, the phone feature does not work and crashes everytime you dial out to US.

Errors galore just trying to sign in I could not use Facebook and then after using Twitter it's slow as hell and the phone feature fails every time. Using android on a 4 S not worth the trouble.

The phone call doesn't work. I went to desk to ask if I was doing something wrong. They played with my phone, called a superior and then told me it doesn't work on all phones. (It didn't work on my wife's either)
