Dependency of calling transportation team ( whose numbers are always busy ) needs to be avoided. While sending SMS on trip details, you may include trip members names & numbers for ensuring reaching trip members directly instead of calling transportation team.

It should have option to change the exact GPS location(move in sync team will not update accurate) of house so that Driver can find the route easily

The shuttle tracking is unusable. The drop down doesn't work. Please fix it and the stars will go up

I have relocated my city within the same organisation ..It has been 1 month now still my new city and new address details is not synced with this so called "move in sync "app..Name move in sync doesn't suit this application...I ve raised my concern with organisation transport team they too don't have clue on it...It's really frustrating to have this app...

After 24th April app update unable see the km distance in the app

Source bus stop drop down is not working.

Since the latest update I can't see the distance between the cab and my pick up location. That was an important feature to know quantitatively how far the vehicle is. Now we only need to rely on our estimate based on the location on the map.

Transportation solutions have evolved by leaps and bounds over the last decade. From having rostered sheets to a highly developed application based rostering system. Sure it has its own opportunities and workables which will develop overtime as more users switch to the application based platform. It's a big progressive step. Kudos to the team and their hardwork

pathetic app...always sending incorrect vehicle number. app shows something else .backend processing for route assignment is very inefficient and ineffective..

This App was supposed to show the location of the driver just like Ola or Uber but since a month it is never showing the exact location as to where the driver is

Unable to track bus. When clicked on source destination it doesn't give any option to type neither it searches based on GPS. Destination can be selected.

This app not showing where is the cab exactly, always showing 12km away.

Awesome app

Cab location is not reflecting in the app. It shows the cab is 20kms away from my.location but i am actually near by the cab. While contacting the help desk through feed back there is no scroll up and down option.we have to drag the cursor line by line.

Currently for checking in and checking out of the cab or bus we have to use driver device which can easily be integrated with individuals device. In case user device is not having data connectivity they can do the same using driver assigned device.

Crap...shows old GPS data for the present day....When u provide service to so many companies..spend some money to upgrade ur technology or shut the shop. Doesnt show latest updated GPS position after the latest update.
