Like the app but I feel that it should be MANDATORY that ALL owners/landlords submit ALL the photos inside and outside of the place. If not, then they shouldn't be allowed to advertise at ALL!!! Us working people need to see that we are interested in of the place before we can ask time off to make an appointment to physically see the place. I just saying. Some of us can't afford to take off work to be disappointed to see a dud!

SUCKS.... if your from Canada!!! Why can't people who make apps that don't have the ability to make them so anyone-anywhere can use it.... Why can't they say right on the first page that it's Only for the USA or where ever, so then we don't Waste our Time, Reading and Downloading the damn thing just to find out we Can't even use it and now I have to wait till I'm finished Un-installing it before I can continue what I was trying to do.

Can see apartment floor plan on this site. I don't have time to come into town just to find out a listed property doesn't have the floor plan I need and I don't want to provide my email and phone# to a gazillion property mgrs.

Can find different deals and limiting than Streeter system (in NYC) but app is inherently more buggy.

No one responds to my emails. They keep telling me that non of the available furnished apts take dogs ( a government issued service dog with all legal credentials). I take her to work with me everyday, she's 6 pounds, potty trained, voice commands and sick with heart failure. Not to mention most if not all the apt I've searched are 55+ communities. I'm a 47 year old health care professional and I'm only home for naps during the day then back to work until 8pm or 9pm to sleep, rinse, repeat. This is a nightmare trying to find a 1/1 furnished apt for a single female and my "Service Dog". No barking, quiet and no exceptions ??? Like I said, no one responds to my questions about any apts yst. Just that they're 55+ communities and there are others ( not the one I like ) for $1,300 a month which isn't what I want . One more day or so with out a response from someone and I'm deleting the app off my phone. This is a total waste of my time. And the diversion tactics really tick me off.

Pricing is very important in my apartment search, as is square footage. If I select a certain amount as my maximum, I don't want to see apartments over that rate because the price is "close". Not a very good app I'm afraid.
