It's a pretty solid app. I do wish you could fine tune your searches a bit, for example, the ability to filter out active contingent properties would be really useful. All in all, it's been my go to as my husband and I search for our first home.

In the military pcs moves can be hard and trying to find a perfect fit for my family is hard when you can't be there to scope out the house. This apps provides everything through filters and also just moving around the map in a general area can provide listings. Very useful

This is my favorite of all the realty apps. I don't know why but it comes up with so much more listings than the others. Thanks!

I feel like every house i try to get in contact with is already under contract and just not updated on the app but when i go to zillow it is updated on their website. Only problem.

Really love this app!! It list all homes available for sale & rent right in the area you're looking into moving to. . It also allows access to the house using a special code so you could take a look before filling out any fo forms... Awesome!!!

Space in homes don't look very big . they look to small for the price asking.oh and what about the fences for little pets & are they accepted? Thank-you So very much.

I am only giving 3 stars because 1 the app does not seem to be updated very often (no new houses in my saved search over 25 miles out in over a month) as well as when entering new areas it will tell me 13 houses yet somehow when I expand by 20 miles I drop to 8 available houses and lose half of the ones in the center of the search. I am house hunting from 10 hours away... This adds to the stress of searching.... The app has its good qualities but is not deserving of a 5* at this time.

I am browsing homes with my husband trying to see what we can afford and this app/site offers a WIDE variety and a list of homes that are for sale by multiple realstate companies

Not user friendly. Zillow is much easier to use. Can't get it to show me a list of houses.

This is a great app to use side by side with a broker, of course you won't get all the info you need by that's what your broker is for. App is better than the website kinda odd they don't function the same but oh well

Very easy to use and very up-to-date. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star review is because I would like to be able to adjust the interest rate, money down, price of house so you can see different payment variations.

I like everything about the app except having to use Facebook to save properties I like. I hate fb.

Searching for a home long distance isn't easy but this app really gives me a chance to watch the market.

Would be 5 stars if I could search by school district! And then I find out you can!!!! This app is awesome!!

I love this app. It's simple, yet detailed search options make finding what I'm looking for just a few clicks away.

App is pretty good. I just hate that I can't separate the contingent homes for the ones that are still available.

My only complaint is that it does not update as often as they say. I've asked my realtor about several properties we found in here that turn out to be under contract - the website doesn't update this information sometimes for several weeks

I can not access my saved properties. I can not always get the filter functions to work either, our will dry there are no properties even if I clear the filter. I've had to uninstall it on my devices.

It's a really good app, but I'm disappointed that the latest update mages it unable to see property lines when you zoom into a property, which is a huge help when contemplating interest in a selection

For Mill Basin, Brooklyn, all the listing disappeared when I tried to zoom in. Uninstalled a few times already. Tried on my tablet the same thing happened.

I really like this app and I find myself looking on here all the time for rental properties. Very helpful and user friendly!

Great app however, I can no longer access my favorite listings. Popup says server cannot process the request. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Pleeeeease fix!

New (and terrible) ad placement when scrolling through home photos. No thanks. Uninstalled.

The GPS locator I would like to stay on whole time you have to keep clicking on it and it will stay for 2 seconds.

LOUSY APP won't stop searching for nowhere! No option to enter your own search criteria! Can't do a damn thing on it!

Filter doesn't work well. Does not hide pending. Difficult to search for specific features.

I need to search in an area over 100 miles away, and I couldn't do it. I'm sure there is a way, but I could've figure it out!

Can't log in and it doesn't show maps. Uninstalled twice trying to fix it with no luck.

I change the lot size and you change the city and state I'm searching in. Not very helpful

Excellent App I tried Zillow, Trulia and Realtor and was most impressed with Realtor. It had more listings, more photos, and more specs. And it had updated information that the other apps didn't. Very pleased!

It's very easy to use. The information is not always updated in a timely manner.

Continues to shut down when I do get it to remain open doesn't stop searching. Deleting it its useless

When contracts are put on a property, it should show that on the listing. We waste a lot of time checking them when they already have offers.

Way better than the website. I like that you can actually type in min and max prices. Definitely like it better than Zillow, except for one thing: when I click on a new construction for Maronda, there's a server error. It's been that way for a while. I was hoping there'd be an update to fix this. I can see Ryan homes, but they're cheap construction. Lol.

A little cumbersome to navigate buy that could just be me. It doesn't have the same listing as some of it competition however not its fault, just need to go to all websites.

You keep running searches of the area where I live now. You do not give me a chance to tell you I want to search a different area. I don't need to be told what is available here, I am moving elsewhere. Let me designate the area, then you can search

It doesn't have the same functionality as the web. I can't do the commute time. And I would like to have seen a list of homes not just on the map.

Very useful. When I try to see the street view of the homes it keeps telling me is not available. I'm not sure if it's this app that had the glitch out if it's in maps. Other than that I'm on this all the time.
