New update sends texts alerts to my phone that I have new images when I delete pictures in the ap???
Won't even let me open the app
Doesn't open half the time!!
Much better since the update. Love it!
It constantly locks up my whole phone. The app works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. I think it was a waste of over $500
Still has lots of bugs. Constantly kicks me out of the app back to the sign-in screen. Will not keep you logged in. Very frustrating. Every time you login you have to swipe down and refresh the screen for you pics to show up. App needs work.
Won't let me log in, log in times out, or logs right off when it does want to log on. for the amount spent on the modems and camera's and the professional plan. I'm one unhappy customer at the moment.
Kicks you off as soon as you have bad connection always getting a server time out this is the first trail cam set up iv ever owned and i am very disappointed. I think next season ill buy a different brand
Randomly telling me that my username and password are incorrect. 10 minutes later login goes smoothly! Keeps failing to load pictures as well. I called moultrie a month ago and they said not to worry that they are working on the fix.... Update: still has lots of bugs and randomly has timeout message when logging in. Not sure why it keeps logging me out.
Moultrie mobile app is so bad constantly logging me out, or saying incorrect email or password, Get it fix ASAP please!!!! I'm getting txt still telling me I've got pics but can't get logged in to see!!! What's the use
When I log into app it tells me that my password is incorrect. I reset it and change the password. I try logging into it again and the same information pops up. I'm very displeased at this point. It worked a couple of days ago and now this. I'm spending $40 a month on 2 cameras. Very very displeased. If things don't very corrected I'm going to cancel everything and move away from buying moultrie products. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It's great for some people who aren't having any issues but for me I'm not happy. I'm very computer savvy so I know its not me or my phone or security settings. This app has to many bugs that need fixing. I don't want it for pc use I want it for my phone.
Constantly logs me out. Very annoying. Love the mobile cam, but this app is horrible. One of the worst apps I use as far as reliability.
Login issues. Signs out at will. Can't delete cameras no longer used. Lots of work to do.
By far the worst app on my phone, but I have moultrie modems and cameras so alas I must use it. The app crashes nonstop, it times out logging into the moultrie server almost daily, and it's overall design is even poor.
Most login issues have been fixed but app still crashes a lot. Really hope you guys are working on push notifications. Getting a text is far from ideal.
Constantly having issues. Logs you out alot. Then times out an won't let you log back in....so frustrating.
Just bought a mv1 modem and downloaded app. It won't let me even sign in to get started. What's the use in having a mobile cam if u can't get into app to set it up?
This thing is broke down every other day. When it is working it boots me out to the login screen every 10 minutes.

Have install and uninstalled 3 times since they updated there system and it closes be for I can sign on

When it works its great, when it doesn't it takes forever to get back on and see our pics.

Can nvr log in better off just going to go get ur card from ur cameras

Big improvement over the last version....i hope the background hardware/software are more reliable than the last version; great technology if the entire package functions...near worthless otherwise
The update was way over due! But now this app is better than ever!!!!
Downloaded the app first of August. Absolutely sucked. Just about returned it and thought I'd give it this last week 8/15/17. Glad I did. What a big difference with the update. Love the two different view thumbnails. And before when you had the picture enlarged you couldn't swipe over. I was a big moultrie guy early 2000s. Thought I was going to have to leave them but they came through. Keep up on the technology and app. You can beat the price of this system. All said and done $210. Even with the problems I'd deal with it just so I wouldn't have to spend $400 on a camera. Thanks moultrie!!!!
Only had this going for 4 days. It worked great for that time. I'm an Android user. The app wouldn't recognize my email or password anymore. The mobile site works. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled. Same result. This app needs an update bad.......... also on the 4 days that it did work the app would log me out randomly.. update 8-18-17.... the app update works great now. Also larger pics in the app. Keep it up! Samsung S8.
Multiple issues. Great when it works, when... Major problems with app logging in, won't allow a majority of the time from phone, only PC!!! GOING OFFLINE FOR REPAIRS THIS WEEK. LETTER FROM MOULTRIE BELOW: As a follow up to last Friday’s communication (see below) this is a reminder that Moultrie Mobile is scheduled for a temporary service interruption starting Tuesday August 22nd at 10 pm CST. It works good however with the updated app scheduled to release on Monday the 28th the system is down and has been intermittent since the 17th So all the latest nay sayers don't really know the truth.
Works great! And they are working hard at improving the App.
Best thing since sliced bread! Love it. My wife is happier also bc im home more.
Old version...same problems as everyone else. New version...keeps telling me it's not supported! They need to either figure this out or drop it completely.
Update to previous review: suddenly there is some life going on with moultrie! A new update which has improved the app and seems to have solved previous issues. They sent an email and message on the app to notify of some down time to work out bugs and update system, much appreciated. Hopefully this keeps up! Same problems as everyone else with the auto log out, not loading pics, not recognizing my login. They just had an update and look like it didn't fix anything. If the Web page was more user friendly from my phone I'd use that but it's crappy at best.

Updated app still unstable, often crashes on startup. It's a shame. Camera hardware actually pretty decent but Moultrie picked the wrong company to source their software.
