The problem is that you should be able to enter a code from any Mountain Dew drink and we should be able to buy from the shop.

This app would get 5 stars however you cannot reclaim your points for any of the prizes unless you want a free bottle of Mountain Dew. I'd be OK with that but I want to rep the brand.

Still sucks. Can't order merchandise from the store in the app, and new version won't install on my phone. I haven't been able to install on my LG G3 for months, several versions. I always get "ERROR 505", which my carrier says is an app problem.

This APP does not allow me to enter any Mountain Dew points. I had downloaded the APP when the promotion first came out and received the same " unfortunately you are unable to enter codes in your area at this time". So, I uninstalled it and just now re-installed it, being months later and I am still receiving the same error message. I usually do not have trouble with any of the promotional things that Mountain Dew has. I usually find them helpful and enjoyable. Please fix this and I will give Mountain Dew the five stars it deserves! Thank you, Sonya

Will not let me make a profile and I have a lot of things to use

It not allowing me to redeem my points for the Mason jar on the app can you please fix that.

THE WORST DEW GIMICK EVER ,COUNTY FAIR TRINKETS AND THE APP IS JUNK ONLY THING YOU CAN GET IS 20 OZ BOTTLE ,SPEEDWAY GAS STATIONS ARE A WAY BETTER DEAL THAN BUYING 24.00 OF 20 OZ BOTTLE TO GET 1 FREE 20 OZ ,GOING TOO MELLO YELLOW COKE PRODUCTS

Only excepted half the codes I try. Contacted support and they said to just keep trying. Coke points works way better.

Yesterday I had 4 codes and today they disappeared and so did my free dew. The bottles are long gone now except for one, tried the code and it says that the code has already been used. =(

3 out of 10 worked! Horrible. I had to factory reset my phone too and when I re downloaded the app and signed back in it took all my points away. Not happy at all.

This app is a joke. I cant enter half the codes I try and when I finally got enough for something it wouldnt let me redeem my points. Such a disappointment.

I cant get it to accept any codes please fix. And i couldn't link my facebook.

I can't use any codes I've tried about four different codes and none of them work.

I purchase cases weekly and 20oz bottles daily. I would say 1 out of 20 codes actually work...

I enjoy the convenience of the app, but it won't let me redeem my points. If that weren't an issue, I would be giving 5 stars.

Thought app would be good way to sign in and redeem codes being website is so difficult but app proves to be worse somehow

It worked when first downloaded, but now won't take my codes & wouldn't let me redeem any thing with my points, can't find a store for my free mt dew to redeem at. Not happy

App won't accept any code I've ever attempted to enter into it. What's the point?

When ever I put a code in is says CODE NOT FOUND ... thought this was going to be a cool app :/!

Out about a hundred codes I've put in it has only accepted 7 or 8........a waste in my book!!!!

Fix it or I delete the app

App won't update, can't redeem codes. Do they even care about this app.

Cant order anything of of the dew hq i saved up and orderd it but then it sais theres a error and to come back later so i try later and it doesnt work pls fix

When I downloaded the app it deleted everything. Also, I have a free dew and it won't let me find a speedway that accepts it!!

I have several free bottles i cant redeem when your in a store it says you can redeem at it then tell you that you cant and you then have 15 minutes to find another store before that coupon is viid and you loose it i have lost several this way also when i try to order a product in the store that doesnt work either goes all the way to shipping before an error code comes up so you cant redeem anything. This app is junk and bogus way to go pepsi / mt dew

Tried two coupons would not take came back unidentified user the clerk says they do that sometimes

After downloading the new app all of my saved bottles were deleted.

Have over 13 codes. Can't redeem points for free dew or merchandise. App is useless.

Takes 12 ,20oz bottle to get 1 free ,with speedway get a free 20 oz after 6 , 20 oz bottles, the items for points appear cheap, just wondering if it's all worth the trouble of entering the codes is this all that you can get ,county fair trinkets,and still can't redeem

I had entered over 30 cap codes and now after the last update I have ZERO caps! Total rip off!
