I have twin 16 year olds who just started driving and we thought this app would be perfect for locating them. At first it seemed to work, but now it won't update the location and for one of them it says offline. I installed the update and it still won't work. This is very frustrating. I do like this app, it is very easy to use and has a nice interface. It would be perfect if this issue would be correct!

You REALLY need to fix this app! Maybe take it down until it's fixed. Just from personal experiences and from others as well, it doesn't work properly! I have a 10 year old that keeps her phone on her at all times when she's not with me. So for me this is useless! It has a lot of potential. But I can't trust it.

This app SUCKS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APP! DOES NOT WORK! Absolutely hated it! Constantly says someone's off line when they have 4G and or wifi! Doesn't tell where they are, if their driving, at home or at work! Most of the time it will only tell me where they are until around noon! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Love this app when it works. We have 4 Motorola phones, two are under a month old and Moto constantly gives offline errors even though location is always on. It is fantastic when it works, but that's under 30% of the time

In the beginning I had very few issues, but now it doesn't work the majority of the time. I was counting on this, as the weather gets worse and I wanted to make sure my husband was getting to where he needed to be safely, but it is completely unreliable. Not sure what happened??

My son's phone has location on but my app says he is offline when I search location and never checks in or out of locations any longer. My app just shows he joined family. Why won't it work anymore?

My only issue before the update was that there was a delay for check in and check outs. I'd take that issue over all the issues this app has now. It constantly shows that we are both offline and never shows the other person driving anymore. It randomly says that my spouse had joined the family even though we made no changes to the settings. The recent category shows incorrect info, i.e. check-in or check-out from work or home and neither notification is correct. It also takes 2-3 min to refresh locations.

This app used to work & I loved it, but now all I ever get is that my family members are offline, when I know they're not. And frequently it gets stuck at one location, saying they've been there for two days. I've even uninstalled & reinstalled hoping it would fix, but it didn't.

Love Motorola phones not in love with the app. Supposedly fixed issue on server worked for a week and back to same old junk. I would like to know where my family is especially for emergencies.

We have had this app installed on our phones for almost a year. At first it was spot on when my husband got to work and as soon as he put the key in the door at night because I would get alerted. Now it shows he is working in another building almost a half a mile from the one he is actually in. And as far as him checking in or out from home or work now, he is home for hours before the app indicates it. Please fix whatever issues this app is having!

Unfortunately, I have had too many issues with this app. Once, my mom was working at it was telling me she left work early and didn't go back, I called her to see what she was up to and she was still at work. Now, it's telling me that my fiance is three hours away from where he is. Umm, I think it needs some updates.

Nice theory, and a good looking interface. Unfortunately you cannot trust the information. About 75% of the time, the location is incorrect. I can refresh someone's location, and it will show them at different locations each time. Came installed on my families 4 Droid Turbo 2 phones, otherwise it would be removed. All settings are setup correctly (location, security, privacy, etc), the app just doesn't do a good job. Will wait for the next update, and it it isn't better, will just disable as bloatware. Update 3/2/17:. Awful app. Filing class action against developer. Ridiculous that they made promises and didn't deliver.

Same issues as everyone else. Offline. It used to work 50% of the time. Now not at all

The app shows inaccurate locations and makes people "offline" when they aren't. Also it checks people out and in when they are not...The other night my husband and I were watching TV in bed and my phone alerted to inform me my husband had checked out from home...He was laying right next to me.

Map will not load since android update. Keeps erasing location data. Check in check out settings keep deleting. Does not work very well since the last Android update. I used to love this app.

Even with high accuracy settings engaged. A shame because it is a good concept. UPDATED I just installed Life360 and it is quite better

Easy to use and worked awesome for awhile. Since new update my wife is always shown as of line and home. She can still follow me and we have the same phone. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling , changing different settings.... Nothing works. Guess it may work for some and not for others

After phone updated listing ( marshmallow??) Now loop didn't correctly place where I am, nor does it check me in or out like it used to do... And yes, I've gone in and given this stupid program all the permissions it wants... And it still isn't working

Always says offline on my daughter and half the time on us,the parents. Made sure GPS is on, made sure wifi and mobile data is on. Even now at this moment it says I have been driving since 4, but I've been home since 5 and it's now 8. Sadly, I do not trust this app to be useful in case of an emergency. Will be looking for a new family tracking app.

When it works it's great, but quite often it says the phone is 'offline' and can't track the phone. My husband works nights with a 45 min drive, I like to be able to make sure he's OK. But seeing him offline all the time doesn't work.

My son said he was at school when he wasn't he was 5 miles away from the house and Everytime I tried to locate him it said he was offline but he wasn't he was texting me and it said he was at school luckily another parent told me where he was

I have issues with it consistently keeping location. Sometimes takes 24-48 hours for some locations to report or says offline

80% of the time it shows the person is offline which is bull. If this would get fixed once and for all,id give it 5 stars. Got this app because I was tired of paying 10 bucks a month for Verizon's locator...thinking of signing up for it again,it's a heck of a lot more reliable.

Not get notification of others in my loop. The last few days says people in my loop are offline, when they r sitting on the couch with their phone on. So far... have seen anything about an update for last 2 months. I need help with updating please.

It's not very accurate and seems to have some glitches. It'll check my wife into work when we are both at home. It'll say I checked out of work and I'll be home for hours before it checks me in there.etc. when it works its good. That's about 35-40% of the time. I find it odd that Motorola responded that they had fixed the issue...that still happens 25% of the time yet they did not know that I was still using the app. I'm not certain I will buy many more of their products in the future. Time will tell.

No, you have NOT fixed "the issue". Still says "offline" inaccurately and cannot locate family member's phone about 75% of the time. I do not want to go back to my other locator app, but I may have to. I'm rootin' for you. I SO want this to work. Please fix it. Update: After about a month, the "offline" issue seems to have been resolved. Pretty happy with the app, now. I use it every day.

It was working for a but, now it always just says we're both offline. I've checked my GPS and it is on, so that's not the issue. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. But at this point, I wouldn't recommend this app.

It used to work great but recently it constantly tells me my hubby is offline. I KNOW his GPS is on, etc. It will tell me when he's driving or when he WAS at home (basically will tell me when he left home or arrived home) but never tells me where he is when he's not home....just says he's offline. I also know he has the same issue with me and my daughter but sometimes after telling him we're offline it will then update after 10-20 seconds.

I really like this app... I have a 16 year old son who is now licensed to drive and a hubby who works as a heavy equipment operator so I can always check and see where they are and how long before they get home whenever they're driving...yes there have been issues but it could also be because my phone HATES being in my house with our wireless internet...

This was a great app until the last update. Now the locations are off ( by several miles) and I am constantly getting the person is "offline". So frustrating!!! We use this to coordinate schedules and for safety issues. I have emailed support, but no answers after two weeks. I guess not enough people letting them know about the problems.

This app needs work. Location of other people in loop is off. It constantly says others are offline. Also the location of a person doesn't update if they move.

This app is designed to let you know when and where your loved ones are but yet it is constantly incorrect! Today for instance, it shows me having left work twice, the first time for 2 hours, and yet as a bartender, I get no luxury of going anywhere else until my replacement shows up. Why in the 21st century can we not figure this out? Worthless app, and to think that Motorola actually put its name to this?!

The app has a good concept if it actually worked it would be even better. Since the " new update" it constantly saying my bf is offline when hes not. He has loaction on, internet connection, and has the latest version, And has checked off to share location n still all it tells me is wen hes driving. Then even to refresh that i have to keep uninstalling n reinstalling the app. This is the worst! I swear u designed this to breeak ppl relationships, because this unaccurate POS app will def do it...

Great idea. Location doesn't work. Keeps saying that my the other phone is "offline" both of which have the newest updated loop. Only thing that comes up is if the other phone is "Driving" but the map showed as home. Need to fix these issues and it would be great.

The "doom glitch" has returned. The app is constantly telling me that my husband is home and then moments later that he isn't. This happens while he's at work, at home (random check-outs), and while we're out together. Just today it's happened over a dozen times. I can see where the app is useful but this is getting old. I think I may look for any other apps like this on the market.

Concept is great! Try to get support from Motorola and it's next to impossible! Have been on the phone for 25 minutes trying to find out how to change a picture of a family member in the application

Works well some of the time. It's not 100% accurate on location. Also others in my loop keep saying offline.

Update: it isn't getting any better. I don't know how the location information gets screwed up so badly when our phones work fine otherwise. It's Saturday and it just told me my wife is in the city when she's right here next to me. Get it together Moto! Old: In the last 10 minutes it told my wife I was at the train station 5 miles away and then back home 3 times. Hers went stupid last week to the point that I shut off alerts. If this keeps up we're uninstalling this app.
