Not a bad app, but it could be so much more. The ability to only choose running as an exercise is very limiting. I had to install Google Fit just so I could track my other workouts. The heart rate tracker seems fairly consistent and accurate, which is a plus. Recently I have noticed that my active burn calories have not been recording at all. Even after exercising for an hour, I sit at "0 active calories burned". I do not rely on the calorie counter, so this is more of annoyance since it used to work.

Gives me ten minutes of heart activity for a 45 minute insanity workout and still somehow gives me thirty minutes for a thirty minute light jog. I checked my heart rate with the app a few times during the workout and it seemed to be correct but it wasn't registering it at activity. I've posted this complaint before (a year ago) and nothing has been done to fix it.

by U####:

There needs to be more options to accurately gauge your activity other than just running. People do other workouts other than just running. I have to migrate my workouts to Google Fit to accurately track my activity. It does the job but if you're going to half ass it, might as well allow Google to develop your apps for your Moto 360 Sport.

App keeps turning my android wear tracking off on its own. It will work for a week and then stop tracking heart rate. When I load app on phone, the option to stop tracking on Android wear will be selected, even when I never manually select it. Frustrating.

by U####:

Steps are about half of what my Fitbit used to say. Heart activity is also way off. Did 20 minutes on a spin bike with my heart rate near its max and the app only counted it for 5 minutes.

U70%
by U####:

The Moto Body fails to detect accurate heart rate or correct steps taken. I am very disappointed that my old Fit Bit and even Google Fit is more reliable than my Moto 360. Very disappointed in the development of this application.

U70%
by U####:

The heart rate monitor will take readings manually and it seems to take readings on its own on a somewhat regular basis. However, the heart activity log doesn't do anything. Yesterday I worked out, with my heart rate consistently up, for 45 minutes. It didn't register a thing. Today, I've been in my exercise bike for nearly half an hour now. Nada. I was really excited to get my Moto 360 but the official fitness software it comes with is a real let down.

U70%
by U####:

Only reason I got this app is because I had to for my moto 360. It is the default app for the initial watch settings. There are no options for other types of exercises than running and I NEVER run, but I do other exercises such as weights, kick boxing, etc. Also says that it will link with my previous fitbit account but it doesn't. I would be willing to give this app a second try if a total overhaul was done.

It was great in the beginning, but now my watch and this app are not talking to each other. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, shutting both down and reopening but nothing seems to help! Very frustrating!!!

In my opinion the latest update ruined the program. No longer shares information with Google Fit as it used to. Forces you to use their program to track your steps. No longer can you have fit and body on your Moto 360 Sport, only Moto Body. I should be able to choose what I want to use as I used to be able to.

This app has made great improvement since it's initial launch. Lately however my summary stats have been way off. I made all 3 of my goals 6 out of 7 days last week. My step goals should have a streak of about 50 days but the streak count doesn't match the actual numbers. According to the streak count I only made my goals one day last week. I also haven't received the email summary in over 1 month! Knocking this down to 3 stars. Needs improvement.

I was excited for this to track my heart activity, but it doesn't at all! It only happened the night I went out dancing. When I go to the gym it doesn't work at all. Good thing I have Under Armour Record.

U70%
by U####:

This app leaves allot to be desired. For instance, the ONLY workout listed is running. No weight lifting, no road cycling, no stationary bike, nothing.

U70%
by U####:

Great stats available when used with moto 360 gen 2 smart watch but only offers indoor run unless you have the 360 sport as this watch has built in GPS. Shame as most connected phone do have reliable GPS why can't this be included do you want us to by two watches? That said everything else woks and is very intuitive.

X70%
by X####:

Works very well on the Moto 360 Sport, apart the syncing to Strava, which happens only half of the time. Plus, it's impossible to export a GPX or TCX file from my outdoor activities from the phone app, or to initiate a resync to Strava, meaning my data is locked inside the app and unusable. Did anyone manage to extract their own GPS data from the app? Feature suggestion: it would be useful to have the current track mapped on the watch, just like what Ghostracer does, and what TomTom's "route exploration" feature does on the Spark3

by U####:

I have a moto 360 watch and run every other day, never syncs my runs. I see it on my watch but open the app it shows steps heart rate, everything but my run. And yes everything is set up correctly. See ya getting a Fitbit.

U70%
by U####:

The app is nicely designed and works well but I think it needs more features, if it also tracked your sleep (just a simple estimate of how long you slept) and let you input your food+water intake for the day it would be perfect.. it wouldn't have to be on the level of MyFitnessPal for food tracking but just an option to keep a simple log of the food/water you consumed. These features are available on other wearable devices and I think it would make my Moto 360 Sport more useful as a fitness gadget.

**EDIT.. What formula do they use to calculate calories? Where the heck do they get those numbers, their crazy way off. No good. Wish i could rate -5. Worst purchase ever. Not very helpful. If your going to get in the fitness game you should probably do it right. You can only set one goal to track, the graphs are very limited on what they show making it almost impossible to improve, and its just very limited and difficult to read. I regret buying the Moto 360 Sport because of this apps limited function. Waste of money, I'll end up with a Samsung i guess

U70%
by U####:

Bad app if youn want to see your steps very INACCURATE when calculating. If I could losd shealth I would pull this from my watch. It is terrible and does not recognise heart activity that well too.

M70%
by M####:

Syncing with the Moto 360 watches works well. But missing the motivation factor. App looks a bit boring with the UI & UX.

L70%
by L####:

Why does it tell me every Monday that I only meet my goals 1 day the previous week and to try for 2 this week, when I exceed my goals 6 or 7 days every week? Just a minor irritation but makes me hate it.

L70%
by L####:

Sometimes it does not capture that I'm working out, or notice increases in heart rate. There also isn't a bike setting (only steps) so when I bike it's very inaccurate.

U70%
by U####:

The Heart Activity feature is flakey. There's no indication of what the threshold for "activity" is and no way to set it. Counts activity when I'm sitting still and ignores even when it says the rate is 135. One morning I was biking for 45 minutes, Google Fit -- which uses the same sensor -- showed an average rate of 96bpm and as much as 145bpm and this moronic program said I only had 5 minutes of "activity". If I had no heart activity, I'd be dead.

O70%
by O####:

Unreliable and randomly deleted all of my previous data. Good thing I also tracked using Google fit.

E70%
by E####:

Dated UI. Need to update to give better view. Also, info displayed is mostly wrong. It counts steps even if I'm sitting.

R70%
by R####:

Issues with it constantly popping up on my watch face saying I made my steps goal. Will rate better when fixed.

I70%
by I####:

I have to use moto body for things that Google fit doesn't do (target heart rate exercises) and Google fit for things that moto doesn't do (basically everything else). App really needs more than "indoor run" for exercise options.

H70%
by H####:

This app does only bare minimum stuff. It does not support complex excersies, not even elliptical routine. Needs to go a long way to be competitive.

I recently got a Moto 360 Sport, and I have a Note 5 phone. Both phone and watch are updated to their most recent software versions. When playing music through Google Play Music (on my phone) the audio stutters once every 15 seconds or so. It stutters even if the 360 is disconnected / Bluetooth off. I uninstalled Moto Body and the problem disappeared. Any ideas what's causing this?

R70%
by R####:

I have a G4 Plus and a Moto 360 watch and for some reason the watch data isn't syncing to the phone at all. I've gone through the settings and it should be working. LeMoto needs to take another whack at this app because it ain't working right. It doesn't track my heart activity at all.

The step country always shows zero on my phone. I don't know why it does not detect my steps!!

L70%
by L####:

I want to see this option since I run alot with moto sport 360 and it did not sync to strava properly.

U70%
by U####:

This app no longer logs activity or sends email on my droid Maxx since last update in January. This needs to be fixed since this app is now useless.

U70%
by U####:

Inefficient. Just a good gadget. No fitness tracker

E70%
by E####:

Often doesn't pick up exercises / heart activity . Can't add workouts manually. Overall not much value over google fit.

H70%
by H####:

All of a sudden today, it stopped syncing with my Under Armour apps. I tried to reauthorization and it is stating my login and password is incorrect when I know it's right. I event changed my password just to be sure and that's not working either. I don't know what the problem is, but it needs to get fixed. I depend on this for my workouts.

U70%
by U####:

Phone app itself is useful however there are issues where the app running on the Moto 360 Sport watch does not update goals. In summary, save your time/money, just but a FitBit and use their software.

U70%
by U####:

Appears that most recent update to either moto body or android wear has broken the step counter for moto. No steps are registering but my calorie count is off the charts today. I can only assume steps are going to the calorie count erroneously.

H70%
by H####:

When uploading to Google fit, the data is completely wrong. One time I went on a 6 mile run and after sending it to Google fit, it said it was 9 miles. Please fix this because it is very annoying to have to manually change the run every time.

U70%
by U####:

The current version crashes at the end of every indoor run.
