Hasselblad mod is unstable. Big waste of money. Motorola support is not supportive of the device. Try to take a picture of graduation and camera reports error and says to restart. Never seems to work and the opportunity is missed. Don't take chances, get a real camera.

I'm on top with Moto Z Play! The other phones doing this kind of thing are ok too.....wait.....oh yeah, nobody else does!!!

The Hasselblad focus is now fix but it's not faster on some low light environment. I just need to install OpenCamera app and tripod to have HDR.

Total garbage! Spend a lot of money for mods that don't work. Buy a Samsung or iPhone they are much better than the garbage that Motorola puts out!

BEST cell phone I've ever owned (and I've owned, what I know now to be inferior, juvenile quality Apple devices) NEVER again! The quality, the efficiency, the sheer superiority in every aspect of Android phones and my Moto Z, in particular, has no equal in the closed, limited and restrictive Apple hardware. I now see why the only cellular product and its infinite configurations are the future with every other company simply copying, keeping up and at times pretending to be ahead.... Nope it'll always (for the foreseeable anyway) one step above, a beyond product or that next big thing. 11 years on for Android. 12 years for Apple and the advancement is all on Android.

When Hasselblad true zoom mod is on, the moto camera app always freeze when switching from video capturing mode to photo capturing mode given EIS is on.

Happy with the phone so far. Could you design a "Credit Card Reader" Moto Mod for those of us who use our phone for business?

Moto Z Force....best Motorola phone so far. I have the Hasselblad camera, Juice pack, and JBL speaker. All are fantastic.

Love it but with that last update you all took away the charging capability of both phone and mod charging capability with a third-party charger, the phone will recharge but the mod will not, used to charge the phone then the mod but not no more

Camera mod not impressed. Think I wasted my money.

When you have the phone on the charger​ anything with a battery should charge too. Just like the back up battery

Battery mod stopped working in efficiency mode. Now only charges phone in default at 100% Fix this.

I use the incipio power pack always on efficiency mode. However, about one in five times the phone will charge but the mod won't. To fix it I have to restart the mod. Usually this is discovered in the morning and now I'm without the extra battery at least until I get to work. Seems like a software issue since everything is snug

Love my Moto Z. Go the JBL and projector mod. No complaints!

I bought the JBL mod, which at first I loved. But it soon began to drastically reduce volume progressively over several seconds anytime sound was played through it. To the point where it was so quiet you could almost not heart it. I've tried all the troubleshoot options. Reset/clean/reboot/Check Update. And after reset it fixes for roughly a minute before the issue returns. Additionally I couldn't find any support on the issue from Motorola, Verizon, or the seller. Although, I found that I have a natural talent for finding a lot of dead-ends, useless unrelated information, and rude persons who assume I must just be dumb. So, i guess since I've gone as far as I can with the knowledge I have, there is simply nothing more I can do. So I will say thanks a lot Motorola..... You may have been far from helpful, but you sure make a whole lot of money.... ....So what's one dissatisfied customer? -Troy Steffen

If i dont wipe cacke is not working.....is giveing me the messege to clean the pins on the jbl and phone becouse is not having a good contact...i try all the instruction from you but wipe cache is the only way to make it work

This Moto Z is an ok phone. Do not get this phone for pictures because it does not even have a photo gallery which is a joke, also you can't even crop or do anything with photos. It's horrible.

This is the first real innovation for phones since the first iPhone. With rumors being leaked about the next iPhone, I decided I didn't want the same phone I've had for two years. So I bought the Moto Z Force, and I LOVE it. I've always like Motorola phones, but this one is just the best! Definitely need some marketing against Samsung and iPhone. :)
