Camera tuner for Moto G (4)

Wow. Ok... So I'm going to help some of you out. Motorola didn't remove the gallery app... Go to Moto file explorer and you will find "Gallery" right on the main screen. I don't even use the default explorer nor default gallery apps. It would be wise to save all images to Google photos! In the cloud! Google Photos can be opened as a standalone app or you can access Google photos via GDrive. Keep up! If you are using Android (A Mobile Device) it's time to set up cloud storage. Google Drive is the best Cloud based storage because it's more than just storage. You can use it as a cloud database and server and now we have a small website! When you have 200gb of storage like I do... Every device I use is connected and synced to Google Drive. So... Get with the program! Instead of being so angry!

Earlier when I bought this device (moto g4 plus) slow motion and panorama worked perfectly as in it could focus automatically and give the best results. But after updating the camera tuner, while using panorama or slow motion video recording, the camera keeps on automatically focussing without getting locked at a required point. this effects the video quality and it is now clear.. all blurry. But this problem doesn't occur while using camera(photo) or video.. pls help me if this is a software issue. Thnk u

Only simple pictures taken are of good quality. Panorama mode, videos, slow-mo are getting blurred. It became so after the update only. Very annoyed.

Great, but the options won't come up if you take a sting of photos(touch and hold for multiple pictures). I need to take a single picture to try to go through my pictures. Please fix this, it is getting very annoying. Thank you

After updating app.. Videos captured in slow motion are blurry.. Cam cannot focus on particular point.. can you suggest me solution??

Horrible. Videos of anything longer than 45 seconds stop and go blank. The camera crashes. Would prefer to use the gallery versus Google photo.

I recently shifted from Moto x,2nd gen, to g4 plus and I realised this doesn't have the gallery feature that I earlier enjoyed. Its been two months since the launch, could you kindly add the gallery? Please?

There is still hang issue and performance is reduced than earlier, there are times while clicking pic the camera does lag. No crisp picture even in hdr when little optical zoom is applied. P.S.- lag means the camera starts to respond very slow, this is my new device g4+ can you please resolve this asap, the camera is very good quality but please work on software part then this is a great device.

Dear all, I am not at all happy for the camera in MOTO G4 plus. Camera is not at all accepted in terms of clarity, settings... Don't go with such phone if u prefer Camera as a priority aspect

The camera does not focus correctly my old lg g3 took pictures that look so much better, no gallery, and when you focus with flash on it does not flash and preview. Please fix this.

Its soooooo slooooow to open on the G4 Plus! It takes 3-8 seconds to open the app the point where I can take a photo. That's absurd. Also, please add a exposure and white balance bracketing option. Very useful. And a built in overlay for histogram/horizon level. Other than that, it's a fantastic addition to the stock app.

Dear developers, I am now faced with the impossible decision of reverting back to my G3 because of the fact you don't have a stock gallery. What next?! The G5 will not have a camera??! Can you fricking stop doing this bullshiterryness to your loyal customers like me who have supported Motorola for the last 10 years? Or you don't care? Hey everyone I just wanted to say that I have been using quickpic photo gallery because it's very similar to the regular gallery were all so used to. So hopefully this helps everyone. I also suggest that you uninstall all the updates on the other camera app and then use it and do not update it and it works beautiful but if it updates it freezes every time you zoom in and out and lags very bad etc but if it's not updated its perfect.

Earlier I am using Moto X play and its camera is great in day light and in low light. But G4's picture quality is very poor pixel flatter. I know Xplay's camera is 21 MP but G4 plus 16 mp is not that great. Samsung's 13mp is better than that. I don't know it is hardware issue or software issue but try to fix it.

It keeps giving an error message saying i need to restart the camera. I haven't been able to take a picture in months on this app. I downloaded another camera app but I miss this one. I'm not sure why this app won't work. I uninstalled the updates and reinstalled them which didn't fix it either. I restarted my phone millions of times. Maybe it's a virus or something crazy but I'm really upset that the app won't work.

Please provide us with a Gallery :( am Using Asus Gallery as if Now but Its Not Stable and any Gallery won't be so stable as a stock :/ so please provide with a gallery app as soon as possible :) and #Heating issue plz fix it ....

Exactly what benefits this app has is a mystery to me. I'd like to tune the camera to do what I want of it - things like a on-screen grid; camera gallery (not photo gallery); basic post-capture editing tools...

Crashing while zooming 5/10 if it is zoomed faster at first attempt 90% crash is sure in moto g4 plus. Overall cam is best, Very good colour reproduction, Good hdr quality is best. So plz update for crashing, most frequently seen at zooming.

Camera is continuously crashing when we zoom in while recording videos to get closer view and not able to select the resolution while recording videos in slow motion. And the quality of the pictures is not good, even my previous phone moto g2 is having better picture quality than this.

As a long time Samsung Galaxy user, I am missing the options that was available for the camera. I love to take pictures, but there are no modes on this Motorola G4 Plus. No action, beauty face, sports, or other modes. I would not recommend this phone for those who enjoy taking pictures.

Bought this G4+ for it's camera which people said was good on internet reviews.. Regret every penny spent. Worst camera hardware/software I've ever had on a phone. Stupid interwebz people. More stupid me for listening to them.

Everything goes blur once I open the camera. Facing this problem more with dim light. I wonder what the problem is!!! Unable to take any pictures or videos. Started using G4plus since July 1st

The main thing i enjoyed lollypop and Marshmallow is the gallery which is certainly absent in Moto G4 very bad... Very very bad.. Do add Gallery options as i dnt use Googles photos. Really Moto G3 ws far better than Moto G4. If gallery is not included then it will be only 1 star for U

Not having Gallery is a huge disappointment with my new G4. Google photos sucks! My photos were very well organized and easy to find with Gallery, now they're scattered by dates and I can't find about half of the he photos and videos I used to have. I've also noticed some of them have mysteriously disappeared, here today gone tomorrow!!! I do not trust Google Photos. What's the big problem with providing what were asking for? Lenovo???

If I start to record video, then my phone heats up immediately.. And missing of gallery make things complicated for view photos..

Whenever I try to take normal video and zooms, it gets hanged and closes on its own. Moreover whn I zoom fully, I could see some purple color patches is th camera.. pls help in fixing this

Not satisfied with moto g4 plus camera. I have my other mobile which has 13mp camera and still better than moto g4 plus. Not even 10% of 16mp used. M not professional camera man or know about much of photography. But when both camera click at same photo there's Hugh difference. moto g4 camera is not so good as 16mp.

There is a serious heating issue with the phone if you use the video mode for more than 5 or 6 mins at a time which can be compounded even further if HDR mode is on. A large number of users are facing this issue and I've yet to see anyone from the manufacturer addressing this. This might be a bug with the camera app. Fix it. Edit : I just uninstalled the recent camera update and things seem pretty normal. Your latest update is buggy

I went to this trip with my friends thats where I needed camera the most, but Motorola g4 plus camera app hugely disappointed me, it got hanged after every few photos. It was disaster couldn’t take photos at all on the whole trip. One more problem is when you charge the phone and try to text at the same time the phone behaves abnormally and random buttons gets clicked automatically. When on charging it gets heated pretty quickly. Try to fix these issues through an update for us.

The camera interface is good. but,Can't record 1080p videos more than 3 mints.. my moto g4 plus is heat up like iron box and stuck the camera. Plz help

Issues with video recording. Camera hangs ands restarts after 1 min recording and the file is not saved... please look into it... just hated it if your captured moments are not stored properly... i need revert on it from the developers...

Now im using new moto g4 plus.bt im facing some many problems on gallery.the google photo app won't run good at all..always says unfortunately stopped..it sucks..the main disadvantage in moto g4 plus is no gallery app.Please add gallery app.and give some satisfaction to moto users

Google photos is the worst app replacement for gallery...please being back the gallery app

Please Please Provide Moto Gallery as in motog3 , i upgraded from moto g3 to motog4 plus but not satisfied as i was with motog3 .camera hangs now

It starts heating when I use the camera app for recording a video for more than a minute. The temperature goes as high as 45 °C. Without not even a single app running behind. Also charging with the turbocharger shoots up the temperature for a while.

We want to native gallery and more improvement in detect highlight and blur area like DSLR. Right now only very closer and near object are highlighted but when I am trying from some distance it's not working. It's have lasers sensors but it's all fake my other mobile better then this for detect area.

Though main camera is average,front camera gives mediocre photo quality in low light conditions..other brands in same range and pixels gives very high quality photo's in low light conditions..Needs a good camera software update to give 5MP like quality..
