There is no more chat option with moto care executive. Now how I will solve my phone problems? There should be available chat option. Without customer Executives chat option this app is no more useful. The chat feature should be brought back.

Had to use and am impressed greatly. Became disabled quite badly poor memory after long hospitalisation.And reset phone alot.Prob. is very poor dexterity also numbness allover.This ap.the older version saved my skin and my sanity up to now.

This device app video tutorial will not respond, work, never worked from getting this smartphone on about 12/12/2016, serves no purpose, no good at all!! Hey, guess what, after updating this app today 07/03/2017 and after so many previous updates, finally this app video tutorial started to work, surprise!! Amazing!!!

I think Motorola is an iconic brand ..lenovo u just have to give regular updates and for at least nxt 2 yrs....just do this and u will be number 3rd in world after apple nd samsung Else nokia is there for us..so b careful

Whenever I update my Moto Z force into nougat it downloads the update successfully but when I restart my phone after few seconds of installation it given an Android sign with error written on it. Can somebody help.

This is literally what those outsourced Indian customer service cretins read while they put you on hold for 15 minutes.
