Restore Connectivity Settings

I was losing signal all the time and was even losing 3g coverage in areas well in the 3g market. I installed this app and didn't think it worked after the first time I ran it so I ran it again and have not lost signal once and even have 4g here at work with 3 bars and I was never before able to get 4g signal here! I do agree with another poster though that this would of been great to have as an OTA or something.

Pre-ordered this paperweight (Razr) and been nothing but a headache! Been through 3 units, 2 sim cards. Still drops data connection. Going to a Samsung. Kudos to Verizon as I have spent hours! with tech support. Not a happy camper here.

Glad I found this app after searching for dropped connectivity issues on Google search. I've had this recurring problem for quite some time, but did not put 2 and 2 together. Definitely must be a result of a previous install of a battery optimizer. The 4 * are for having this problem in the first place.

Motorola should be embarrassed to have release this app. This does absolutely squat! What they need to do is fix the ICS 4.0.4 bugs on the RAZR & RAZR MAXX.

Called Verizon 4 times with this issue and they didn't tell me about this app and they couldn't fix the issue. I found this app and had my 4G restored after my phone rebooted. They need to send a mass text notifying of app!

Ever since ics I can't get internet in Kentucky I live in Tennessee even in Tennessee I get horrible connection wish I had bought an iPhone instead! And this didn't even help..

This does not help the problem AT ALL. I will never buy another Motorola product, let alone another Motorola phone. GARBAGE.

So why no app like this for the Bionic..... It has connection issues too.... Motorola needs make it compatible with the Bionic.... Oh I'm bad.... The Bionic is the Red Headed step child now.....

I was having intermittent issues with 4G connectivity for a few days. Tried a couple other apps but only this one seems to have fixed it! True, the Razr Maxx shouldn't have this problem in the first place but at least now there is a fix.

I haven't seen the 4G in the status bar for 3 weeks and now its back! Great app that fixes the connection issue. Took it to Verizon & they have no clue!

Like others have said...lost my 4g connection for over 3wks. Was dealing with verizon call centers to which was NO help at all. Just offered to give me a refurbished phone. Glad I decided to look at Motorola's site.

Thanks.Fell upon this and got it.My phone is fast again.I stopped getting 3 bars now i have 4 or 5 at all times. Thanks again.It does Work folks.

Tried it for my razr maxx and it seemed like it worked. But right when I opened YouTube. Lost connection again. I ended missing calls and txts so I had no choice but to turn off lte. Now im stuck with 3g

This app does nothing but "update" some imaginary settings and then reset my device. 4g still drops every five seconds. Thanks for nothing, moto.

Fail. Not quite epic, but still a fail. Didn't fix data connectivity issues on either razr in our household.

This app is a scam it does nothing else but reboot your phone come on motorola be responsible and give the people who bout the razr an actual solution or replace our phones!!!! You guys advertised against apple when their phone iPhone dropped calls but at least they fixed the issue!!!!

money again. My sister has a Samsung and does not have this problem. Her connectivity is fine, while I can't even watch ten seconds of a YouTube video! This app did NOTHING to help. They have the nerve to blame it on "battery saving apps". It's your horrible phones Motorola.

To all of those that say it don't work. Well I had some issues and it fixed it. If you live in Ohio you meant want to download it and give it a try.

It help but the smart action app that came with the phone stops working. I use it to maximize my battery. Please fix both issues.

I did notice if I change the preferred network to something different and back to CDMA/LTE. It fixes the problem without rebooting.

Fixed my problem, but bothers me that Motorola didn't tell us about it! Lousy customer service move!

This app didn't work for me, but I found that unblocking a few Moto/system processes in DroidWall brought back my 4G. If you have DroidWall, try turning it off and restarting.

But this app is hard to find. I don't understand why they didn't just release this as an update. Almost like they are trying to hide it. But anyway fixed my phone and I don't drop 4g anymore. Glad they fixed it. Now this is the best Droid phone.

My data was constantly dropping for past 3 Weeks. Downloaded this app after reading about it in forum and I have had no issues. Surprised this was not a OTA update.

At least moto is trying to fix it....and stop commenting about ics we will get it I checked the ics update page and it is in development and well begin rolling out in Q2 ( April - June )

I was having 4g drop from blue to 4g white at random, installed app...all good now

Ok i take it back. The app does work. I have been dealing with crappy 3G signal when i have a 4G device. Losing data signal left and right. Complained to Verizon they didnt help. Remembered i had this app used it and bingo 4G all over again. Glad i didnt delete it and forget about it. Thanks MOTO.

App worked great up until a couple weeks ago. Now I have constant connection issues. Please fix ASAP! Bad enough that we need an app just for the phone to work right! RAZR Maxx

Had 3G & 4G issues now with this app it seemed to fix the problem... Verizon never told me about this app

Just installed this then tried to check e-mail..."No Data Connection"

5 star app( worked as expected) but gave 4 stars because i shouldn't have to load an app for my device to work liked expected.

My Verizon 4G would go on and off constantly. It was very annoying. After I ran this app, everything was good and I stay connected. Razr Maxx.

Now my phone tells me I don't have any connection

Works like a charm, but like many others' feelings, this should have been done in a better way than a "play store" app. Took the 5th tech support to suggest this app after 2 exchanges in my first week.

My 4g still goes out constantly. Why not update to fix this problem are refund my money for the phone.

This app worked perfectly as described.... As soon as I installed it, I made a Speed Test just to know what my numbers were, my results were impressive...!!! 26mbps...!!! Then browsed the web on several sites with lots of interactive flash & stuff... loaded like my Mac connected to my home Wi-Fi.... Thnx guys, great job...!!!

I lost my data 4 times since downloading this app. I'm in an area with great service

When I have 4G lte on, I still lose all service (even 1X) every few minutes. This app didn't help. This is my third Razr Maxx in a week. When only 3G is on, my connection doesn't drop. There are 2 regular Razrs and a Bionic in my household and their 4G connections don't drop at all.

As advertised it cleared issues with my Razr... Battery life got better too.

Installed, 4g still drops constantly. devs didnt even get the text in the button correct.
