Very disappointing. I've tried unsuccessfully 2 separate times.

Business policy not allowed. Why this would be awesome for my employees to have card.

Just does not take any information you enter... A company this size should go to time out :(

A simple app to provide quick access to my policy and contact info. No real complaints here

Works ok basic info is good. Need to be able to zoom in. Unable to read most information

Won't recognize my policy number. Would give it ZERO stars if that were an option.

Didn't accept my policy number despite a couple different approaches. Would love to have a working mobile app as it seems I rarely have the time to sit at a PC outside of work.

The app does what I need it to do. It shows my proof of insurance. What the app isn't clear on is what constitutes your policy number. My policy number is xxxx-06-xxxxxx-00A. The app tells you to input your policy number starting with 06 or 05. I couldn't get it to find my policy so I called my agent. She explained the first 4 digits are your agent code and shouldn't be added. Also leave off the A at the end. Once I input just those numbers, it found my policy.

Looks like I'm only one of a million people who can't seem to get their policy entered in here. I tried it a million different ways

Had to read reviews to figure out how to format the policy number. The app could have done this automatically but didn't. A very frustrating experience.

I didn't have problems signing in like everyone else but the app doesn't really do anything. Kinda useless to have. Is there a bill pay section coming soon? I mean a bill pay section u don't have to leave the app to access.

I think the app doesn't allow for the alpha character in my policy and it can't find my account. No help is available to guide me on what to do next either.

It would be better for those of us with little internal space if this app could be moved to the SD card. This could be a deal breaker for me when the next Android OS is released. Also. I'd like to see my Motorcyle insurance info from here and we should be able to zoom into the ID card images its too small to read or share. Thanks !

Keeps telling me my info is wrong, but does not specify what part of it.Tried every combination, still nothing.

Unable to fill in my full account # including the alpha charactors. Please fix!

But it won't display properly on Motorola Atrix. Works great on SGS2S, which is how it earns 2 stars. Text is missing from buttons. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change.
