Won't let me set up account!

Takes to long to reload

It does not work for me when I manually try to refresh and see where my vehicle is at currently it just goes back to last known place. Pushing refresh while on cellular data or either wifi it takes 3mins to refresh (spinning wheel) then just says last known about 40mins ago when vehicle is else where or driving.

My 2007 Outlander was stolen from me, and after 45 minutes I was able to locate, and recover my vehicle, without no damage done to the vehicle... Looking forward to you getting the kinks out, won't let me stay logged in, which is a drag...but still love it

Does not update location and when it does its wrong. Cant give it anymore stars. Needs to be tweaked bad. Doesnt do what it says it does.

Thought it was awesome to have at first but it doesnt really hold value currently looking to cancel service . I play with it from time to time but never really use it. There are better services out there that I which i had known about before hand.

Stopped working in Nov. 2016 and now doesn't recognize that I have an account at all! Now the customer service line is closed! (Sat) Waste of time!

My car has been stolen did the locate gave the police the address and drove around four blocks surrounding area could not find car what the f*** is the point of this I want my money back damn sure not getting my car back

It's not detailed enough and is slow on updated locations and sometimes the locations are not even there. As of right now it's not showing anything from early morning to now. Just where the vehicle is located.

It will no update my location. It still says that it's in the sales lot.Nothing will up date. I tried calling the customer service number and was on hold for half an hour before I hung up.

Pay for the service and the app never works. What a waste of money

Hasn't let me log in since the day I've got my car. Not sure how useful this app really is!

Not able to stay logged in, just wondering if I am doing something wrong or system is down.

I do not know where to go to select my destination.

Doesn't up date at all. Currently I know my vehicle is not where it is saying it is. This has not changed in the last 48 hours and more.

This app doesnt refresh... When it gets refreshed it does not give u correct spot of car.

It keeps showing my car is in the lake but its at home?

It tells me my car left home 30 minutes ago. Does not update and then wants me to log in AGAIN! 3rd time today even though I keep clicking remember my login. Why is this happening?

Been trying to reach customer service for a week. Someone finally answered today, only to hang up on me since it was close to closing. Thanks, nice to know that I'm paying for this service for nothing.

App use to be real great but now for the last week my app hasn't updated at all. God forbid my car gets stolen i wont be able to find it. Since thats what its made for . SMH

History lost since I last opened. So, how reliable can this app be? Customer service sucks. Called and was given recorded response to call back during the business hours even though it was 30 min. Till end of the hours given on recording. Called next day to be on hold for almost an hour till I had to hangup. ( i have a job too) Battery alert keeps fluctuating up and back down without starting the car, so how can it charge back up? I think it needs a major update.

It does not keep me logged in. Also when I try to reset password there are moments where that will kick me out. I just tried to reset it, hit 'Verify', and it just stayed on that screen.

It keeps logging me out ever since the last update this has been the problem. Also not updating as well as before update

Worked fine until update. Now doesn't recognise my email and I don't have access code to reinstall.

I linked the App until it stopped working. It's giving a error message can not refresh location. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it back but still not working. I hope the problem is corrected

My location updates are not showing the locations under trips do not match what I'm seeing on the map... Destinations that I see on the map dont show at all in the history refreshing takes forever and it's not accurate... What else needs to be said before this app is actually working like it was before the update happened??? Still not working right I just want this to be removed this is terrible!!

I hate the fact that if won't let me locate my car at all and I just got it YESTERDAY! what am I paying for if it is not doing it's job?

I got to log in once, but then it will not allow me log in even though I just signed up 3 days ago. I've tried several times, but there is no luck. I've even tried to delete the app and re-download the app, but it didn't work then either. How am I supposed to keep track of my vehicle or other things, if the app won't even let me log in to use the app as it was meant to be used?

This app hasn't updated any movements lately. It just stopped working.

I loved the other app but soon as I downloaded this new app it keeps closing on it's own i'm not happy at all

App won't update my location and it has been like this for several days.

My Geo fence doesn't work , it doesn't send me Alerts and the adresses are wrong. And it keeps logging me out.

The app is no longer updating my location for hours at a time.
