I love this app to get a blurred background, Dslr effect on a photo. I love that I can retain the image size if I save it to my gallery (vs. sharing to another app). The downside is that when saving in best image quality for a large photo it takes sometimes up to 5 minutes to save. Also I don't find that it works well for a graduated Blur such as a corridor. Sometimes blurb edges are sharp and ugly and not feathered. I also find that the Blur effect after saving looks different in the photo than it did in the app. But I have found it useful for several photos.

Feather doesn't work. It only works with the lowest image size, i.e. 1024x. For other sizes it only appears in the preview, the saved image doesn't have the effect. Thus making this 'PRO' version useless at best. Looks like the developers are not very keen to release updates as well. The last update was in July 2016. This issue should be fixed asap.

Feather is not getting applied in photos(using original size). Other users also complaining about this. Sharp edges ruin the photo. Photo previews in the app and saved photos by this app looks completely different because of zero feather. So for now IMHO paid version is useless. Using Oneplus 3 with Android N. Please fix it and I'll rate it with 5 stars.

I downloaded this app as my partner recently bought a new phone with the portrait feature and I was jealous. This app is awful, the background blurring is extremely fake and I would never use a photo edited in this. It is looks computerised and unnatural. I would like a refund!!

I liked the lite version but really loving the pro. For a long time I've been looking for a way to fake depth of field without using basic tilt shift tools. This does fore-/mid-/background selection as well gradients. With the pro version, the edges are a lot smoother and overall much more satisfying. Big thanks to the developers for making this app.

It would be that much more better with the pro option to have different brushes like a soft faded brush, paint brush and to have the option to turn on/off that zoom circle when you're doing manual edits. Is far too distracting.

feathering sometimes do not work mid blur needs to have individual adjustments needs anothet mid blur or two to have around 4 - 5 levels of blurring from backto foreground algorithm for smart select should be adjustable as well been using the free one for years and have finally used the paid app recently. still a pretty good app anyway

When i am trying to save the edited photos it is asking fail to verification application licence. Check the internet connection, but i am using 4G data pack then why the error is coming. Auto focus free app is better than this that won't asks like this and photos can be save simply in that app. I have paid ₹120/- but really i am not satisfy with this app. Please resolve this error for better performance.

It crashes everytime when opening Projects from its home screen. It also blurs the edges of the foreground eventhough set in Manual Mode. Otherwise, a great product.

Weird. So far the basic function of this app is working. But anti-alias edge was never worked. Why? It's checked but i lost my the blur effect. Can you fix it? So far this is a nice app.

I have been using this apps for many years, but recently I really got trouble everytime I saved my editing with feather effect to smoothen the edge of the image, the result I saw in gallery always lost its feather effect, so the edge is very rough and make the image far from perfect. Please fix this bugs and I will give you back to 5 stars.

I Am facing a problem. When i am opening a particular picture with this software then another picture is opening instead of that particular picture. Pls solve this issue. The app is very much awesome for editing. I love this app plz solve the problem.

The images that I edit never turn out to be very accurate or natural looking because you're not able to edit the photo in high definition

1) No CROPPING???? WHY? 2) When i want to exit AFTER i have SAVED PROJECT why warn me that i will lose everything "Working content will be lost"? 3) Damn zoom tool is selected by default when program starts --- annoying (please save last usage setting before exit for the next session) 4) why do i have to exit by going back back back after saving picture and saving project [and saying "no" to the annoying question as i said in (2) ] 5) have an optimised resolution to share on fb messenger so the image doesnt get ruined by fb (acdsee does this perfectly) Otherwise it would be 5 stars from me...but like this it is a royal pain in the butt!

It suddenly crash although i use my iphone 6 .. waste my time edit the blur effect.. also waste my money.. i really appreciate it if u can repair this problem

Should've been perfect. No soft blur on the edges. Its very obvious that the pic is edited. Need a soft blur on the edges of the subject. Sharp edges makes the pic edited. Pls dev enhancements on the feather feature.

Love it! To everyone complaining about feathering, turn it up. It seems that the larger the image, the stronger you need to make it.

Feather not working (not applied to saved photos) Max size set to 4096p, still saves 2048. Otherwise is a good app, these two features not working properly however are deal breakers.

Pretty hard to make it look natural. No matter what i do there are jagged edges and it doesnt fade realistically

It's a handy app, could do with some smaller brushes,more blur options and the save process needs to be fixed as it takes a ridiculous amount of time!

Spent almost 4 hours on a project for a client. Come back to the SAVED project only to have the program crash on me whenever I go to open said project. I now lost a client AND $$$ dollars!!! Thanks for nothing... Should sue you guys.

Used to love & rave about this app & upgraded to the pro version. Haven't used in awhile so what a surprise to see it changed. Not happy about the editing tools covering the pic so much so that I can't even edit where I need to. Why is it placed on top of the pic; rather than underneath the pic?

I use to use this all the time and now after not using it in a few years I decided to try it out and it turned into junk! So sad as this use to be a really good app!!

Whenever I try to save in original size, it took soooo long. It just says "Preparing" then went to 20% to 30% in 10 minutes.. :(

I love this app, but all it does when I try to save now is get stuck on the preparing part. Annoying as I've paid for the pro version.

Why does it need to know the number if connected to a call. Uneasy permissions.

I'll give 5 star because it works as promised. Quality of final picture could be improved. It loses some quality when pictures are transferred for editing. Please, improve image when said picture has to be edited.

What happened after the update Guys? Auto does not work anymore. Just garbage. Please return to previous version.

Been a while before I reinstalled this app. Always love the bokeh. But now no back menu to switch from blur and apperture to others. If I touch back, it's undo. I'll give 5 stars if you can fix this.

Smart mode doesn't work anymore. Used to tell people all the time about this app. Not anymore!

Used it for half an hour, easy to use, like it so far. But is there any way to crop the photo or do I need to use 2 apps to edit one picture?

Make sure you play around with the app to get to know it. It actually works great. It'll get the 5th star when RAW photos can be edited.

Been using the app for a few years, always fun to play with and pictures turn very good. And this was not using the pro. I purchase the pro now.

We want more tool. More blur effects. Need improvement....... plz update this app.

great app but why does it take 30 mins to save a full size pic? i can reinstall windows 10 faster ffs

It's unbelievably slow on LG G4 when saving. I'm waiting 20ish minutes for a photo! Unacceptable!
