The app is terrible. It cancelled parts of my order once the order has been submitted and doesn't give you any updates on the order tracking. I have had to cancel 2 orders as they have been wrong and had to take multiple trips to the store to sort the issue. Would not recommend this app

App is sh*te. Went to order 3 books on 3 for 2, only once the monies have been taken does it decide to take one out of the basket and no explanation so only 2 books arrive.absolutely terrible and customer service is shocking too, items arrive in dribs and drabs with no communications in between it's just expected that you should know when they charge what they want!

The app doesnt do anything just comes up with the nothercare logo on a blue screen.

Tride to place an order using pay pal, for delivery. However it says ive no order history yet pay pal says its waiting for the payment to go so now i dont know what to do. Also the wish list im finding as i add more items its deleteing my previously added ones so its pointless. Also ive realised it doesnt display all the products available on the website just some of them. Im quite annoyed

Must be up to now good. I randomly get notifications that this app has crashed, even though i don't use it. So I removed it. No idea what it's doing in the background but firstly, I don't want it done by stuff and secondly it crashes when it does it so obviously not all codes anyway!

The app has a feature with names. However, all the greek names have different origin. SOCRATES IS THAT A HEBREW NAME OR ARISTOTELIS A SPANISH ONE? Apparently you have a problem with Greeks. This is sacrilege! Shame on you

After reading many awful reviews i still decided to give this app the benefit of doubt and try it, mistake. The very first product i tried to look at returned a "product not found" page. When viewed on the website it works just fine! I work in marketing and know not to build an app for the sake of it, build an app because it fulfils a need and enhances the user experience, you've got a website which works just fine on mobile. App deleted almost as quickly as it was installed!

The app appears to have a number of useful features both for expecting and new parents. It would have been nice to know of the app whilst my wife was pregnant as I would have liked to have tried some of the in built trackers etc. Improvement opportunities would be to customise the app for your baby, filtering the information provided. Now our son is here I would like the app to drop pregnancy items into the background and track his age so features suggester are more appropriate to our child.

This app was good, but now keeps crashing even when it's not open (why is it even running?) Now it won't even open. It's a shame as it was really good. Receipt saving feature especially useful. Please fix asap

An error occurred is all I keep getting when trying to check out, but no reason for error. Getting very frustrating as want to use my discount before the black Friday sale ends

Crashes everytime I try to open it. had to uninstall and reinstall** Had things in my basket for Christmas using the promotions Inc free delivery when you spend x amount, halfway through checkout one of the items disappeared. I assumed it went out of stock or was not delivered by mothercare directly, but apparently not. it's still available after going back, and will cost me £4 to post 1 item...not best pleased!

The app keeps crashing causing me to uninstall and re install. This then causes me to loose everything i had saved.

Gone from a 5* rating to a 1*. Very buggy indeed now. Launches on its own, interferes with other apps particularly satnav which is super annoying when driving to have multiple crash alerts for Mothercare app when I haven't even launched it. Nexus 6P, running 7.1.1

It was alright for a time but it is now crashing without the app actually being open. I can't actually open it anymore so I'm uninstalling it. Asides from the essentials checklist, the rest of the featured aren't too dissimilar from the website. Not sure about the convenience of this app.

Used to work well, then recently wrong photos use to be beside wrong products. App constantly notify me that app has crashed even though I've not opened it. Upon using it won't even allow me to open the app. All of a sudden it's useless. What's happened?

Wish list was good until I got to 25 things and then it started deleting the earlier ones, obviously you only need 25 items for a baby so that's fine! Very unimpresed

Kept crashing, so reinstalled. Now working fine. Good app to keep record of all your receipts.

What do you do when you're looking for items that don't fall under any of the main categories?! What does a "Sleepyhead" come under for example?!

App just doesn't work....constant problems and notifications when I'm not even using it saying it's crashed.

Was crashing, coming up with crash error even though it's not running, eventually doesn't start at all....

Don't even bother ordering from Mothercare they use yodel for delivery so definitely won't even turn up go to someone else who actually cares

Updated after having problems signing and getting the £10 off I finally managed to log in and recieve a code.

The white noise on the baby tunes features section has been our saviour, on the ios version it has repeat but annoyingly doesnt for the android version,hope this will be added soon - or even better the ability to add your own timeframe as the gap between the tunes even on repeat can be enough to wake the baby you've so carefully finally got to settle

The app doesn't open any of the essentials lists. The menu appears and then I select a list but nothing happens. Tried to access via the main menu and the 'features' menu.

Spent nearly 2hrs filling my basket, then all of a sudden my basket emptied. Very annoying!!
