The home page has a menu icon on the top left corner which has the following sub menus: -

My Profile-> Showing your Profile Picture, Designation, Personal Details, Contact Details, Official Details

Attendance Calendar-> Shows employee attendance beginning from the current financial year up to the present date
select a year , pick dates to either regularize your attendance or to apply for leave

Attendance regularization -> select a regularization type, next pick a date (if the regularization type is ‘not sign in’ then pick a ‘from’ and ‘to’ date), next select the appropriate reason and enter remarks to complete your form. Next you can either submit the form or reset it. On submitting it your record will be added to the database

Leave Application-> leave type is paid leave, pick a ‘from’ and ‘to’ date, pick a valid reason and enter remarks. You can either submit the form or reset it.

My Team->Team View, basically showing daily summary and details of your team which includes the employee’s name, code, date of joining, branch, designation and his status for the day

Holiday Calendar->showing all the holidays for the current financial year. On selecting the date, you will be redirected to the employee attendance calendar to either regularize your attendance or to apply for leave

Birthdays and Anniversaries->showing the up coming birthdays and anniversaries of the employees from the current date to the coming five days. Select the menu icon against each person to either Call, Message or WhatsApp the person to send a personal wish

Log Out->will show a good bye screen asking for confirmation and showing sign out time and date. You have an option to either submit or cancel.

Home page also shows the total count of pending approvals which includes no. of leaves pending, late sign ins, not sign ins, and vacancy approvals.

On selecting the total pending approvals, you will be directed to the approval pending list page

On selecting any type of approval, you will be directed to the approval pending list page. It has two tabs ‘Late in /Not Sign in’ and ‘Vacancy’

Two options to either approve the request which will direct you to an ‘approval confirmation’ page or to reject the request which will direct you to a ‘decline approval’ page

On the home page there are two wheels: -

First wheel shows the no. of days you are present in the current month. On tapping it, you will be redirected to the regularization page

Second wheel shows the total no. of leaves pending for the current financial year. On tapping it, you will be redirected to the regularization page

Total count of late in and no. of days absent, shows the time, date and day of late in/ absent. Selecting any particular date will redirect you to the employee attendance calendar to either regularize your attendance or to apply for leave.
