MO Investor App

The worst broker I have come across. You get to deal with totally ignorant people in their franchisee. Purchased shares and later paid cheque. Stupid franchisee owner forgot to register cheque as a result of which they sold shares in RMS and I had to bear the charges. This is referred to MOSL franchisee at Samta char taste, vadodara.

Facing issues since installation. I clicked forgot password and logged in with new pass word it told me to change password and kept crashing. Somehow I managed to change that on website now it stuck at a declaration pop up. Which never allows to put data. Needs lot of work. Portfolio value shown is incorrect.

worst trading app ever used. not even opens. no support from MOSL. they only have Presales team, once opened dump customers. no good dealers. I created sell requests two times using their website, status shows as traded and next day you will find stock still listed in your account. wrote multiple times to their customer care, no one cares.

I am using this app. It's features are very much user friendly. You can get all company reports, advisory reports etc in one click. I know that motilal is good in advisory, but in technology part you have done tremendous growth. Now I can manage all my investments on one click.... Good going........ Keep it up.

No bad experience... Seems good... Need more features like trailing stop loss and icons doesn't have the tag.. How will someone understand what's the meaning of that icon or short form.

I am facing the issue, when I start the application that time it work properly but when I close it and reopen it I getting Declaration form which non editable but it is in loading mode only. Every time when I need to check details I need to relogin it and check. So request to team please sort this issue asap.

Guys, Please DO NOT waste your time by installing this app. I am facing issues and sent two mails to the mail id this app admin said and many to the point of contact for my MF. They don't care and do not respond.

Chart is too slow and sometimes chart not open whole day and S&R not available also some indicator missing. Plz work on it.

It's awesome app which provide all the share market detail and it's user friendly. One thing need to enhance that some times price of stock is not display as per the live market. So solve this problem ASAP. By the way it's good app.

Bed experience with MO invester App. I have booked my order for 1 stock so this app confirms and show pop up msg that you can check in your order book but when I check in order status so I didn't find any single entity in order book even I tried it 3 times. In between that stock price got increased. I complain to my adviser also. I think your technical team is not strong. Worst App for those who wants to trade from this app.

To be very frank this app n company is fraud...they cheated me and invest my money by stating that u will get the benefit and i lost 1.5 lac rs. In 3 months...my savings of last 3 years...F.O

Many problems like not showing the prices in charts, not able to use the tools for study in advance chart, twice order problem ,no charts for BSE etc... But one thing which i like is that MOSL provide there views and rating on the stocks.

This is not working in Anrod 7 Noget version. I am very disappointed. One month passed for complaint but not resolved. We opened wife's account DSA168 in your Ahmadabad branch and to my utter surprise they have not activated my 0 brokerage scheme of first month.. Can anybody reply me????

2 months over by opening my account, I have traded multiple times after that my account was showing negative balance. While trading I did not get any warning that I am utilising leverage amount and this information is not available in my reports.

Mcaps are shown wrong. Loading is slow. Earlier one was much better. Disappointed

Non-MOSL portfolio not working. For '5 years chart, x-Axis cell value should be 1 year, for 1 week, 1 day and like wise, So that it doesn't require to zoom out many times.

There should be the option of "Goods till cancelled" like the ICICI Direct, Kotak securities and some other apps have. If MO starts this feature then I will glad and give this app to 5 star.

Easy to use and provide all the features like; my portfolio, market reports including research reports and news also. Must say well designed mobile trading app which I have ever seen. Friendly to use and covers all the information needed for trading. I must say Motilal Oswal is only the platfrom where company identify the customers needs. and provide such great services to the clients with there technology and research.

I have to place a order several times to be successful. Sometimes it update sensex and nifty indices after 9.05A.M. Sometime it shows average purchase price zero throughout the day. Sometime it does not take mutual fund order.

It's good. But not user friendly. Quite disappointed.

Some Improvisation is required in App usage,pending queries not solved by IT team, in my Demat holdings statements last 3 months, Nobody is replying , staff behavior is not cooperative when my pending queries will be solved or NO solutions pl confirm me

The app doesn't work well, hangs alot on 4g network also. Again and again asks for kyc details but does not allow to fill in any details- just shows processing. Everytime I have to review my investments, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall.

Too slow to be a trading app. Charts takes 3-4 mins to open up. Even the servers are too slow to respond. Many a times faced losses just because of their inefficient IT setup.

It's a worst app you have to do hard work while switch any option

Still there is scope to improve not fully satisfied with the app can't have ready chart available nor system work smoothly

Can't handle heavy traffic during peak markets always gets stuck, have to frequently close app and start placing order again from starting.sometimes doesn't work properly till 10 am no one to complain or support.cant u have extra servers

Bond holding reflecting in equity portfolio, wrong calculation of daily & total profits.

Very slow and doesnt show all orders in one go We have to choose equity n fno differently

I simply love this app. Very useful and provides my investment information in a jiffy. Very easy to trade in shares, both buying and selling. Motilal Oswal is simply the top quality brokerage house in the country today. I am happy I am with MOSL

Service is worst!! Customer Care is pathetic.

Pathetic app, with incorrect stock information.... quantity, aum has issues.. looks like created by first year student of IT

App is good, put some shortcuts to check position, order, watchlist, some where in the yellow band for quick Access control, not complied . The snap shot and the demat holdings not updated property for immediate decision

Issues with your app platform are too many so slow and hangs frequently

Showing errors not showing half of my holding

While placing an order please make amendment of not to choose buy option as default. Trader should select the option​ himself of buy or sell. Coz sometimes in hurry trader input buy instead of sell...

Not User friendly and lacks most of tools on trading through charts

I am using this app with all its shortcomings. Please improve it.

The interface has to be better updates need to come in fast and servers have to be maintained, try learning from your peer Edelweiss, their app is great!

One of the superb app to track your portfolio. lot of market info for first time trader..hats off to MOTILAL team for creating such an awesome app
