This app provides quick access to volume controls via a notification. The app is designed to replace the hardware buttons on a tablet or phone, as they are often difficult to access and break easily.
Note that the pro version is a standalone application, so remove the lite version when upgrading.

The pro features are not worth the price, there's just one new set of icons. I'll stick with the free one.

Due to an android quirk, if you make your app high priority in order to make it stay at the top of your notification listing, it's icon will stay persistent in the homescreen status bar. To make the icon disappear, choose hidden notification in this apps settings. But then the volume controls are at the bottom of the list. I would pay again if this could be worked around. Plus make it lollipop material design :) RECOMMENDED!!!!

My tablet has no volume rocker which is OK if media app has on screen buttons. This puts controls right on the notification panel. Change icons and colour and top or bottom. Love it.

It only controls media volume. Not voice, ringer or notifications. What a joke. Asked for a refund no reply. Devs reply, " Hi, Yes, currently the application only controls media volume. We might add support for other volume streams in a future update."

No probs on note 2 thanks dev, simple and cleanest implementation of volume controls in notification bar. The only one with an option to use slider and change button colours and no adverts :)
