The points balance is wrong and over a week out of date. Compare the balances in a Web browser to this app and it is obvious something is wrong. It's a good job bank apps don't work this way. If only the points balance was in the shopping app. It's be wrong for more than 6 months so surely it's time to correct the app so that it does what it is supposed to do.

Points are incorrect. Some shopping trips seem to show twice. In order to see recent ones it is necessary to sign out then back in. This has been the case for more than a year

Shopped plenty ay Morrisons, but according to the app, I last collected points on the 19th May. Now it's 6th June. Cannot keep track whether points are added or not. Needs fixing! Update13th July: The app still says I last shopped on 19th may! Although the point balance does rise. FIX THIS !!!!

It only updates points with regard to shopping and fuel. It never adds on the points I aquire through your vouchers eg extra 2000 points if you spend £20 or more. Very disappointed

According to the app I last shopped on th 22/05/2301. Am not sure how I time travelled 200+ years into the future. But as it cannot even tell me how many points i got yesterday I have no faith that any info on it is correct.

Waste of time. Points show as added to balance, then appear again as added, so you never really know your correct balance. Dates never update with points on app. You never know if your voucher is due or has been issued. Really poor app.

Was updated this week to include the digital stamps but unfortunately it isn't working as well. Digital stamps isn't giving me my balance and the morrisons more total is now very slow to update. App also fails to load 1st time! Just use the website. It's a lot better. Update- CBStamps now showing. Logged out then back in sorted it. Still crashes when it's 1st opened. Shopping list pointless!

I shop weekly yet my points balance is 5 to 6 weeks behind . Doesn't show points that have been added by a voucher. I'm never really sure what my points balance is with this app.. think I shall uninstall and just look at my receipt for my balance

Why oh why cannot Morrisons get the software right..have now reinstalled and it still says the last time i went to Morrisons was August..wrong...it just does not update.yet lot of customers have reported this. Its about time it was Fixed..

I like the app but the shopping list doesn't seem to be working properly. Most of the items I put in have no location. So when you sort for store location most are not available. Fix this then it will get 5 stars.

Another pointless app. Would be more advantageous if you could use it as a virtual more card. A bar code or QR code on the screen, then you wouldn't need to carry cards with you.

Points are not updated. I have rung customer services twice to check my balance and all they can advise is for me to uninstall then reinstall the app! Not good enough.

Pointless app. The balance doesn't update your points so you have no idea where you are up to !

terrible app. don't bother to download or create an account as it won't let you log in to your account anyway. only wish I could give no stars.

This app no longer works even after reinstalling. And my phone is Sony XZ and about a year old, so it is not an issue with the phone being too old. You need to sort this issue out Morrisons!!

Pointless app. Needs to incorporate the actual card into the app to save carrying yet another points card in my wallet

Needs to have barcode so you don't have to carry card. Points balance doesn't update. POINTLESS

It hasn't added any of my points on since 31/1/17 so I'm unable to see how I am doing. Needs to be updated to fix this app otherwise is completely pointless.

The app does now respond, and does now give points totals. But the shopping list is useless: it only accepts offer items.

For a company of this size they should be hugely embarrassed about the inadequacies of this app. There is no point whatsoever at this moment in time in having it installed as it virtually serves no purpose as it hardly ever shows up to date information . I am now going to delete this app as no improvements have been made or replies to my comments total shame on you Morrison's

An app for seeing what items have More points that doesn't show items that have More points. Pointless, should be pulled from the Play store

Really bad app, dates make no sense and takes forever to update! All other supermarket apps are great, this one is useless!

Rubbish thought I would be able to download this instead of carting cards around in my purse but there is no option to have a card. What's the point of having a reward app when you can't use it to get rewards. Uninstalling..

In theory the app is great, but in practically it is terrible. It doesn't correctly show my points balance, and I have to uninstall and reinstall it just for it to update correctly. Also it shows points added multiple times for one transaction, so these are 'ghost points' as you do actually have them.

Doesn't add points earned in store. Offers displayed as available in store often are not. Pointless. Uninstalling.

Waste of time put money on the electronic christmas saver 12/1/2018 hasnt shown up on 17/1/18 after 2 emails 1phone call and a promise of a call back that hasnt happened a £10 bonus shown up on my christmas saver account the dateof expiry on this bonus was between 6/11/17 to 31/12/17 i dont want a bonus that i cannot use i want the £10 i put on electronicaĺly ..i will be taking my money back out of this saving scheme

dose not update my balance when I use my card in store. every time I have to logout to see my point balance. could you please fix

Very poor app., I cannot login. I've tried several times, but it keep saying that I need to register. I have already registered. However I have called to that number 034...but only help was that to reinstalled the apps and isn't working to try again.. :((((very poor apps...

I recently had to replace my card the points were transferred but I had to reinstall the app to get the correct points information. This should not be necessary. The webpage is correct. Again had to reinstall the app to get the latest additions.

I have to delete the app and then reinstall it just to get it to reboot itself. That's a stupid way to carry on. When are you going to reboot the system. And answer people's problems with your application?

It's a shame you can't use the app to scan to collect points if you have forgotten your card like you can with tesco, Costa etc so very dissapointing so won't find app much use in a big way

Transactions don't update. And doesn't recognise the fact that there is a store in Binley (been there best part of 15 years)

My points haven't been updated on here for nearly a month!! The offers get updated though! Only downloaded this app to check my points balance ????

Balance slow to update and would be nice to use the app to add coupons and discounts to the card, instead of paper vouchers that can be lost or not printed (eg Tesco and Boots)

I cannot always go to th e store and my carer Clark Known to the garden centre ladies fish mongers and all).He shops well or we together.Do like to use my card and go shopping all be it by wheelchair in a black cab!Black and yellow is a nice combination is it not?

It shows me on the map where my local store is but won't let me select it. Therefore it won't show me offers that are at my store. It's no use to me if it won't do that.

The location does not work so unhelpful. Cannot locate my local store. Going to uninstall.

Useless app as most other people found, points balance are months out of date. As this is the main function it's a waste of space so uninstalled it.
