يحق للمقاول رفض الخدمة او قبولها
عند قبول الخدمة يقوم المقاول بتسعيرها من ثم يصل اشعار للعميل بذلك ويحق للعميل رفض السعر او قبوله ويكون هناك مجال للمفاصلة على السعر
بعد قبول السعر وبالتالي تنفيذ الخدمة وانتهائها يحق للعميل تقيم المقاول
