Disclosure: I work at moovel. I work at moovel because I'm a transit nerd, and this is my daily use app - I have my commute lines favorited, and i get service disruption alerts, it's the fastest way to know when the next bus is coming (google's getting better at this, but it's still not the default launch view). This is the successor to the ridescout app, and I'm pleased with it.

I like seeing all of the stops around me and a quick view of which bus is arriving next. The real time arrival info is super accurate!

Downloaded and immediately uninstalled. Searching for a location didn't geographically bias. Of course I want to go to the restaurant a kilometer away, not the one on a different continent. Maybe the rest of the app is fine, but that made it unusable for me.

This app is crazy. There's bubbles for each stop all over each other. The UI is a cluttered mess. It's practically impossible to select the intended stop without inadvertently tapping on a neighboring stop. Very frustrating. It would be helpful if there was a way to visualize the trajectory of the bus route. It doesn't seem to specify which direction of the route each stop is for. On a positive note, the color palette is nice.
