Mooshimeter

Graphics do not work properly, using nexus 6p and the connection drops constantly, lack of instructions and much more make this 1 star and below! The app on iOS works much better (it actually works there), but I can't take my wife's iPhone to work.....

Graph page is not working properly on lg g5 running Android 6.0. the right axis doesn't pinch zoom or scroll, only left axis does.

It wasn't possible to successfully update the firmware and without the firmware upgrade, the Mooshimeter wouldn't connect. It shows up but pressing the connect button just made nothing. Trying fix that I installed Mooshimeter for iOS on an iPad and upgraded the firmware there, after checking if it work even on the older firmware, it did. So I upgraded which wokred flawlessly on the iPad. And now it worked also on Android with the new firmware. I don't think you could ask for both platforms just to get the device working. But after that bad first out of box experience everything worked nicely. So still three stars.

The graphing of the channel data needs work, otherwise a fantastic product. I'm using Android devices and it doesn't look like the iPhone graph displayed.

Constantly crashing on my Galaxy S7. Really hoping for a solid android version in the bear future.

Can't upgrade firmware, and horrible user interface. Returning the meter because of the app.

I have had my MooshiMeter for more than a year I am sure. I signed up during the funding phase. I still carry around my other meters but I don't remember the last time I used one. This fits in my pocket so I always have it with me. It does what I need almost every time and does it better. An awesome tool but that's not the best thing. Whenever I get my Mooshimeter out while on a job in a plant somewhere, a little crowd usually gathers. I have to spend a few minutes explaining all the features but its a pretty good few minutes. And then I mention logging. In a small production plant scenario, logging is often just not an option because its too expensive. That's over.

I haven been doing it for a few months. It was a little buggy to up grade the firmware, but after a few tries it has worked very well.

I love the similtaneous VI measurement and the logging. Looking foreward to a charge and energy display. Thanks anyway.

Once you get the firmware updated on 5.1 it works great. Wish the firmware process was easier

Crashes every time I connect to the meter. Going to try to return the device.

Your think it would be difficult to get excited about a multimeter. But the simple use, multiple channels, and microSD logging make this a fun item. The Bluetooth connection makes it slightly remote, which is useful in many situations. Need to download the manual from the website, but it's easy to use after reading that.

Looks great so far! At first, I couldn't find the graphing capability, but then I tilted my phone to landscape mode and it came up. Since rotating the phone resets the graph, I definitely want a manual switch between modes. I don't like the use of gravity as a mode switch. It should be an option.

After disconnecting from meter Bluetooth can not be turned off permanently . it's coming back active unless I reboot my device. Happens on nexus 4 and nexus 7 lollipop.[EDIT] problem solved with 5.1 update

Once you get the firmware updated on 5.1 it works great. Wish the firmware process was easier

Force closes on lollipop 5.1. Makes the moshimeter useless.

Mooshimeter

Is it possible that this app can support android wear? I have a moto 360 and it is able to pair with other bluetooth devices. Id be willing to beta test!

I have watched the projects amazing development and hard work materialise. Not yet tried logging but all is working well with my L3 G3.

Even though logging is not implemented yet, mooshimeter is already my favorite meter. I was able to compare different inverters against utility power and to confirm that output waveform matched the quality advertised for each.
