i used old version for few years already and not so much problem. recently moonlight forced undated to new version. now, almost 2 or 3 days same problem kept occurring. “problem connect to server“, “error”, “fail to load data”,......hello, if such lousy updated version, we as customers rather use old version. do not update the version for the sake of updating. is us consumers use the app and not moonlight！！！！！

Its sad how the person who even made this app only made it a way that is catered to Chinese speaking people. Chinese people may be the majority of their customers, but come on man..we live in Malaysia. At least an English translation would be suffice.

Want to check the trasaction, but nothing show. Rescan again my receipt, but it say already scan to system. Then where are the trasaction goes? Don't tell me to update the latest version. I have only uninstall and open button!!!!! Which means it is already the updated version! #$@^@_×%×$×%×_

Worst app idea. You build app for member's convenience. Not to consume their 50 points additionally in order to register existing membership!

Yesterday tested this at puchong moonlight scan already..it said 2 hours will up date but till today still no point and transaction show...please help.... And solve this and get my point for me

I spend almost 300 here and wanted to scan my receipt. It ask to register so i did but once i get the password from email tried to log in it said invalid password or email. Been dragging too long and 20mins is over. How to collect point? Cant even sign in.

This app is not working properly at all, one i've scan the QR code it doesn't update my transaction at all. Looks like a scam or something.

downloaded this app to scan qr code for points redemption. there's no viewfinder rectangle to scan the qr code. So, how to redeem points?????

Bad user interface. Program also slow. Register as new member online but never receive your email? Where is the button to spin for lucky draw?

I can just scan the barcode on the receipt for collect my bonus points now and can try my luck for the lucky draw everyday :-)
