Won't even let me create an account. Asks for date of birth yet can only input a time. Not impressed think this needs sorting

Can't even create a account, won't let me enter date of birth or change it from girl to boy. Not happy as this toy is a birthday present for my son

I cannot register keeps saying unable to connect.. So we can't even use it unless we register... This is such a pointless app if can't even use it

Could someone please get in touch with me about this toy, the app won't let me create an account rendering the toy useless, if you're not going to fix it then I want my money back

Bought this toy for my baby , can't register (like everyone else) so basically conned . Considering legal action . The website on side of box is also down.

Waste of money buying the toy when the app won't connect and let me create an account. Spend your money on something else!

It won't let me register so can't even be used for its purpose very disappointed will have to leave back unless you update your app to fix this problem

I have tried to register both on iPhone and Google Play but it shows an error and won't let me use the app. Disappointed

Very poor quality it was bought to help settle my daughter into our new house and her own room for the first time but won't let me create an account ... very disappointed my 6 year old had bought it's for her baby sister out of her own pocket money so now have 2 upset children .

Bought today for my son and I am unable to use it as the app just keeps saying unable to connect very disappointed and I will be returning and getting my money back just wish I'd seen the reviews for this before I bought it as it doesn't seem that anyone is trying to fix this issue

Can't create an account to use toy properly so is essentially a glorified nightlight. Emailed your company who advised this is being looked at but this issue seems to have been ongoing for a while, not the best customer service will not recommend this product

Doesn't work, won't allow you to register an account to interact with toy. Volume is too loud and can only be adjusted via the app. This toy is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Contacted the company regarding this issue and their reply was very unhelpful and did not answer my questions

Terrible can't connect to make account or connect to Bluetooth. Seems everyone has same problem should be recalled!!! How this is still for sale is beyond me as it's false advertising and seems company doesn't care!!

Don't even bother buying the toy the app doesn't work I have tried it on to phones and a pad ! Not happy! I suggested the company do an update and Mayer testing!

App does not work on any phone so product does not work as advertised and no updates to fix it in months will contact trading standards in UK due to false advertisement poor customer services.

I got in touch with the story star company and they are now working on the problem it should be fixed soon

Overpriced soft toy, daughter was over the moon to use it until we couldn't register on the app. Refunds should be given.

It's okay, but we should be able to regulate the volume - that's essential. No kid will sleep with such loud volume. Another thing it could have - possible download of music of our choice

Originally download this app at Christmas for the Toby tales story star I got my son for Christmas and it worked brilliantly, he recently lost his Toby so went and bought another 2 characters and now the app doesn't work. This was his favourite toy and now I can't get the app to work to set up his 2 new characters. The app needs fixed asap. My son is heartbroken that his new characters won't work. Disappointing

Very disappointed, brought 2 for my children and wont let me connect to register my account so now got 2 toys which cant be used for their main function of recording bedtime stories for when round other peoples houses. Will be returning unless fixed asap!

Unable to pair devices. Unable to create an account. Unable to change the volume. Unable to use the product satisfactorily. So being returned to the shop unfortunately. One disappointed parent and child. Poor product is an under statement. Do not buy

My daughter received a Luby Lullaby for her 1st birthday but the app just keeps on saying "Unable to connect" when I'm attempting to register. Please can you do something to get this sorted out? Very disappointing

Same as everyone else, won't let me register to the app so is an expensive soft toy that (very loudly!) repeats one annoying tune.

After buying the toy and putting batteries in I downloaded the app and it wouldnt let me create an account so unless something miraculous happens it's going to be just an over priced soft toy!
