Mood Controller

This app should be removed from the Play store. I have spent 2.5 hours on the phone with tech support with no avail. I guess the businesses that pay more money too use Pandora don't deserve a quality product. Maybe I should return the mood and just steam off my phone. It would be cheaper.

This app has not functioned one bit since we purchased the system to go with it. Better luck just using the clunky and hardly functional IP address option. Having to change settings on a mobile device in hopes it may someday connect doesn't fly with me. This app seems to function fine one second but once your session times out and you are automatically logged out it's a real crapshoot whether or not you will be able to log back in, even minutes later.

Simply doesn't work. Get better nerds to make a product that does. I can never connect to change the music. If you are going to be a tech company you need to have tech that works.

Junk app

Doesnt work on Android or dann near all apple products. Used it for business purposes and when we updated our tablets it stopped working. Called customer service and they were of no help at all. Couldnt tell me a deadline on when it would be fixed or even if they had started fixing it yet. All they said was they were "aware of some issues and to get an iphone 5 to use it". Pandora will be losing are business shortly.

This program is hot garbage. For what should be a professional level app for managing a business pandora account, it's unacceptably bad. 90% of the time, it can't connect to the player. It never stays connected, so managing the selection in real time is impossible. And every time we manage to troubleshoot our way to basic competency (always without tech support) they release an update and we have to start again. If i didnt have to use this damn system to avoid license fees for my business, I'd never use it.

Pure trash. Does not work. I thought it was just my phone. It's not. Continues to forget your device. Don't waste your time.

This app is completely useless. I want to be able to control my music player through the internet. You have to be connected to the Wi-Fi that your music player is connected to. Don't bother.

I'm an IT guy and after reading bad reviews I thought it would be user errors but this app is garbage. I would never able to connect to the mood box, I just gave up and end up using the browser on my phone.

to ensure customer service and repeat business, you should really hear these reviews. the app would be fine if it connected faster and remembered player information. I don't have to fill in passwords when connecting remotely to security cameras. make it stable and convenient, some of us have to use it daily

Stopped working after a few updates. I can still use fing to find the ip address and login. That way but is a pain. Fix this stupid thing

Can't open the app since the last update. Very frustrating...especially when we have to pay a monthly fee for having Pandora.

The Android version is not good. Can't connect while an iPhone right next to me can. This is a problem in my business as the owners have Android phones.

This has only connected to my profusion a few times in the year I've had it. Do not recommend.

Simply does not work. Unbelievably disappointing considering the service is paid monthly. The least you could do is provide a working app. Beyond unprofessional.

What's the use of this app if it just keeps searching for the Mood io and can't find it? Some days it works perfectly, others it doesn't. I use this for restaurant use so that's unacceptable. From a paid commercial use perspective, this is absolute CRAP. Update 3/1/2017: almost 11 months in to using the controller and app and it's still junk! You seriously can't fix this? Although I can't believe I pay for this service, admittedly, it's cheap for license music. But enough people pay for this that it should be fixed! I originally rated it 2 stars, but dropping to 1 because there seems to be no care, no help, no service with this.

At first it worked fine. Now it won't ever find the player I'm trying to control. Very frustrating.

Previous versions were slow but generally functional...last update broke it completely. You have ONE job! Control the player! It can't do that!

Android version no longer works. Apple iOS version works fine. You can also connect using a browser when you know the IP address. You can get the IP address with the iOS version.

Does not work at all. Very disappointing for a paid service.

Earlier versions had some issues but after communicating back and forth with the developers the issues were resolved. Speed and responsiveness have increased and the app does exactly what it is supposed to do on both Android and Apple devices now. Make sure to turn the box on before trying to access it with the app.

Horrible just horrible. We have this system at our restaurant, program can never find the boxes on our WiFi even though the boxes are plugged directly into out router. Have a Samsung s6 and they say it is my phone haha.. program does not show up in setting to Uninstall or even force stop. Find another alternative I highly recommend, we are looking for something else now.

Literally the worst possible blend of technology and hardware. Impossible to keep connected to the Mood controller. Constantly trying to scan and randomly stays connected for whole consecutive days and then, boom. No more findy controller.

The app just stopped working. It won't connect to the player and we have no idea what we're playing. No troubleshooting on how to fix this either. Very frustrated.

I can pull up the login screen, but it will never "find" our player..

Same complaint as most I am reading...won't connect to my player. It keeps searching when I am right next to it

Can not get connected to login!

I search for our player for five minutes but it never connects. I've tried restarting and reinstalling player and app

Why do you have to keep logging in on the app? Why do I have to find the player every time? Web interface is actually faster.

Horrible won't find player

It was great until the last few days. I cannot connect at all. As this is the way we adjust volume and station for our restaurant, you can imagine how frustrating this is. Please help me fix it, soon!

The whole purpose of this app it's to control Pandora. There is no use to it when I can't even connect to it or find any device!

This app struggles in every aspect of functionality. This is an application designed to reduce the time it takes to manage the music being played in a business. I for one don't have time to stop running a busy restaurant to log back in every single time I collapse the app on my android. It struggles to link with the mood router although our WiFi is great. It just struggles. If this is for commercial use.....do better.

Takes forever to connect, have to connect and log in almost every time I want to open the app, & doesn't even have the same functions available as regular Pandora, even though this is Pandora. I can't add feeder stations and I can't "skip track for a while". It'd be so much better if it had an option to remember your device so you didn't have to connect and log in every f*ing time you want to change a song or station. And it's ridiculously easy to accidentally log yourself out. Terrible app.

The app works great, when it connects, which almost never happens. I have to reset the business's router if I want to actually connect the app to the device, and as you can imagine, it's a massive pain.

If you so much as back out of the app you have to tell it to search for your player, it then has to find it, then select it and if it has been an hour or so you have to re-login. This is supposed to be designed for businesses where multiple people will need to access the device with ease and it is anything but that. Also, how is there no desktop app? And the why do we even need this stupid media player when all of this could be run off a computer. Everything about Pandora for business is awful.

It worked.... But the constant having to log in was super annoying. Now I can't even log in. Improvements are needed. It's just a shortcut to the same thing I can get as a webpage.
