Moocall for Android
I have tried for over a month to get this app on my phone. I can't get it to install. It's junk, please update this app for the new phones I used an S2 Android and it installed on it but it will not install on a S6 or an S7
Also having issues logging in on app. No problem on site. Moo call obviously not reading these reviews as I rang them this evening and he as good as told me it was all my fault.
Having problems logging into the app on android reset and made new password and still no luck have used it since September with no problems
User name is right an my password works on the moocall site but not on the app even after the update why is that.???? Keeps telling me it is incorrect
I have tried several times to login But it won't allow me to use my password that I had previously set up.
I have reset password 5 times and it will not take it on app or website. I will update my rating when they get it straightened out. Very frustrating!
Can not get app to load to my S6 Samsung Android. Must have some history of android problems. He told me I had android before I told him, as soon as I said 550 error from google apps.
Will not down load to my phone no matter what I do. Tried three different phones and support says it is my phone. 505 is a compatability issue yes, but three different phones.
Couldn't even get it to download. Called moo call like 3 times. Luckily it was a free trial of the monitors.
Can you please add forced app notifications for activity periods for the first and second text notification. Using this method more members of the family could be informed without needing to check the app if there are already 2 numbers assigned.
Just downloaded it and I'm not able to log in. No option to reset password. So it's a rating of one till I'm actually able to see it

I had trouble from the start with my moocall reciever. I would test it and it would not send my phone a message... It would just blink green. It only sent my phone a test message 2 times out of roughly 8 attempts. I messaged through the ask moocall and was told by 2 different support members that it seems fine and the moocall was working perfectly. My dashboard showed battery 100% and and last check in was on 1/17/17. The moocall is supposed to check in every 8 hrs... Mine hadn't for 2 days. So today I called moocall customer support . I was told that my area doesn't have good coverage and the moocall would not work right. so now I have to pay the shipping to return my moocall. I'm not at all pleased to say the least. Support should actually know that a unit is indeed working correctly before telling customers it is! Thank goodness I followed my gut and called.
