The app is great for vending machines.I use it to buy coffe. Don't have to search for coins and change.Works fine and gives a bonus in case you recharge the app account.

Can't login anymore, keep getting message: Network trouble. Try again later. But it's been going on for months. Lost $$ I had in there too. Sent message on app website but never got a reply.

Why does the app need permission to my camera!? Not possible to add my credit card since the fields to add it are not editable. Had to connect it to PayPal.

Is there any other login process but sms verification each time?

I've had to reinstall the app in my phone and now I can't logon again. When it asks for my phone number, the first thing I've notice is that the Country Codes are totally out of order, or any logical order I've could think of... is not Alphabetical, is not numerical... is a total mess!! When I select my country code (+34) and put my phone number, it try to send an SMS, but if it time out for any reason (bad connectivity for instance) the country code fall back to USA (+1) and ask me to try again later!!!

Ridiculously bad app, given that its supposed to handle someones money responsibly. I accidentally installed my card in the wrong section of the app, and now i cant replace, it cant be added again, and I can't even delete my account to start again. I sent a mail to the company, through their support system, this was about 3 months ago. Still no answer. Just don't bother dealing with this app.

I liked the idea. Push seems like a great step! Why doesn't the "back" button work in Android?

It won't recognise any of the vending machines where it's supposed to work, the back button does not do anything when the app is on, the only way to close it is by killing the task. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and mobile data.

Possibly the best and only app out there to make payment on vending machines!

I would not give any credit card info to this company. They authorize payments via Paypal without approval. They do not respond to emails or questions via the "support form" on their web site. Definitely not trustworthy. ( the above was written in July 2016. It took Monyx more than two months to even reply here. Claiming that they didn't get any of my messages, sent by email, posted via their own support form on their web site AND as a filed complaint at Paypal is obviously a blatant lie. Definitely not trustworthy. )

But it implements Android in a bad way! Doesn't even support back button..

It was a good deal at the start, but I eventually lost 5$ when it locked me out for no reason. Now I can't login to my account anymore.

Very nice payment option at wending machine. Monyx Google app is really a good concept. There are still glitches in the app. Pl fix those and it will be a super hot app.

All I get when trying to pay through the app is: Oops, try again later. EDIT: works now! Thanks for quick customer service!

Not as quick as advertised. Also I have yet to receive special discounts and promotions as the description says.

How to get ID if there is no QR code? There is VPOS, it dosent display ID anywhere on the screen, so what to do?

Every time I tried to add my credit card, the app said the information was incorrect. I couldn't scan the QR code in the vending machine. The qr scanner doesn't focus on the code.
