Works very well and smoothly. Backup file needs to be in your backup folder before you redownload the app. Also 2016 and 2017 watchtower and awake placements need to be converted from months to numbers.

I have been using this app for so long its so helpful, but i would like it if instead of recording magazines by month we can now do it by the number on it.

It would be great for this app to be activated with an email address, so is you get a new device you would have all your information in any device you own. Other than that this it's an awesome app.

Could we have a update with the current issues WT 1 A1 etc,

Great app! Been using it for years

It's a great app to use, but if and when you're ready to upgrade or change phones be prepared to let go of all the info you've stored. I had over a years worth of service and am now tediously trying to manually record everything I've done for the past year. This app is so much more straight forward and easy to use but it seems that others are much more user friendly when it comes to transferring data from device to device. If this gets corrected I would definitely use ServiceDroid again.

It has never messed up for me and it is a great way to keep up w/ my service time. And I also love how you can just send it, however you want, to whomever. So I love it. Great job brother!

I just noticed you added a directions tool which links to Google maps. Great idea. This is a very useful app once I learned all the features. Is there a way to add notes to an RV contact without counting it as an RV such as when you return, leave the latest magazine but they were not home? Or you return and someone else was home but you don't want to create a separate RV for them?

How can i set my service hours to 70? After 60 hours everything rolls over when i don't want it to.

There is only one thing I can think of that I would like added. I'd there a way you can make it so we can back up or return visit book? That would be a great help whenever I switch phones. But besides that... It's hard! Thanks Sean!

This app is never updated and is missing out on key features that other apps offer, such as RBC time and reminding for return visits. The Dev no longer seems to be interested in it :/ it's been great for me, but I think it's time to move on

I haven't figured out how to get return visits to post on the report. I added them on the anonymous placements and they showed up under books instead. Go figure. ..

Epic failure.

Sometimes backup does not work,sometimes it does. Restarting the program after fresh install. Restarting a few more times. Otherwise Root access is required to restore the files. Needs 2 things, 1 a manual restore button and 2 a method for editing placements. The placements are there forever even if you misspell one. :-(

Keep up the good work brother!---------------------------------------------------------------------- Backup and Restore does work. Regularly copy your backup file to an sd card, computer, or cloud storage. When you need it, (on a new device or reset device) it must be put in the default backups folder BEFORE you reinstall the service droid app. There are instructions on this.

Can you develop something for Tizen os, on a Gear S?

I appreciate all the hard work it takes to run this app but disappointed about it not being able to back up and transfer my previous records. Other than that I do enjoy the app.

Had trouble with the backup on a new phone but I followed the instructions on the info page for the app in the play store and successfully got all my calls back! Super excited and glad to have avoided manual entry. Love the app! Thanks

I love this app. Is it feasible to have the app where you can forward Return Visits to people. I just moved and was a lot of work to disperse my calls to people manually. Just a thought. Thank you again for all the work done on app.

Root being impossible on my last phone... No backup restored. Just wish the program had a manual restore... How hard is adding a menu option?

This is a great app extremely easy to use and recording your time is wonderful. The only problem is with transferring data, I have had to switch my phone three times in the last 2 months and kept having to put all of my information back in manually. I hope we are able to fix the backup soon, but besides that I greatly appreciate all the effort in making this app.

The only thing I would change about it would be to add a widget and cloud backup to Google Drive and Mega. Otherwise it's wonderful. Thank you brother.
