Travelodge Hotels

Don't waste your time with this. This is a very, very poor app. It very rarely works, the hotel search does not work and the payment selection screen does not display properly, making it very hard to know what you're choosing for a payment option. I have a travelodge business account as well as a Premier Inn business account and this app just makes me angry, and as a consequence, I just open the premier Inn app and stay with them. Travelodge! The answer to your question is Yes!!!! You are losing business because of this app.

Navigation is awful and loses login details, transaction status. Back button during payment takes you back to searching for a room again. Payment and address lookup don't work properly so I can't make payment other than Paypal for which I am charged despite not being allowed to use my credit card behind Paypal. This is the only vendor I've seen restricting Paypal payment options. Looks up and finds my address then says it is invalid. Awful, but then the website is just as bad, never used to be

save yourself time and just telephone for a booking. Tried several times to use this app without success. It would be better for TL to remove this app and start with a new one once they've had a complete rethink.

Really bad. Pretty much no use at all. Thought with bad reviews a few could be wrong, so gave it a go....nope the bad reviews are spot on description on how this app functions. Basically terrible!!

Totally pointless. For the most searching, booking and payment are unsuccessful. After several attempts to make a booking via the app I reverted back to the PC. Booking made simple and straightforward but the app will not show details of my booking and there is no way to manually add the booking

The new version of this app is absolutely hopeless. You need to log in multiple times to get anything done, and by that time you may have just gone direct to the website as it takes you there anyway. It insists I have a business account when I don't, and I can't get rid of it to enter discount codes. The UI is not mobile friendly and the whole experience leaves me p****d off, it is time consuming and irritating. The previous version was fine, what cretin came up with this??

Dev's.... If you're going to put an option in the payment section of the booking page that says "Not in the UK" and allow the user to enter the details of their non UK home address.. please, please don't fail the request because the user has not put a valid UK postcode in...!!!! The purpose of the "Not in the UK" button is because the user does NOT have a UK post code. Very frustrating, and not very amusing, not to mention business lost for Travelodge.

Terrible app! User interface is poor. Just a really bad front end to their website. Better off using the website.

Useless app. Need to book an extra night. Reception won't do it until tomorrow and app doesn't work. Also the mobile website is no better.

Doesn't allow me to login into my account as not recognise the password yet it is fine when you use the web. Therefore awful pointkess app so uninstalling

Validation criteria on address so strict, making a booking was impossible. Immediately uninstalled

Just a window to the website. Just use your browser. More chance of actually being able to do anything.

If your a non UK resident you still need a UK postcode..... So impossible to book a room. Tried to use the non UK address but as soon as you try to proceed the UK postcode box goes red....... The hotel I tried to book isn't even in the UK it's in Dublin.

Rubbish app. Just use your browser. Doesn't remember login details. Resets travel dates every time you browse hotels.

It is much simpler to use the website. The app should make it an easy to navigate process, but it fails miserably.

Why make a mobile app that isn't mobile friendly! Hard to navigate and confusing to use your phone

App looses login info, unable to get menu to pop up to reset search... just unhelpful. Use the website.

Same as other people's comms, very poor app, user interface etc etc. Deleted the app, waste of memory in the phone

TL need to sort this out! Super slow loading on super fast broadband. By the time it uploads( if it ever does) your rooms gone.
