Can't find the app if you search for Red Lion Hotel in the app store. App continuously reaches errors when trying to book a room. Has happened since initial install. Find a hotel doesn't recognize location services for local search. This app should be so simple but yet it's not. Fix the problems!

Having nothing but problems with this app. Not at all intuitive and it does not recognize my email address so it is very difficult to get assistance. I noticed when I entered only one star for this review the words 'hated it's appeared. I wouldn't say I hated it. But it has a long way to go to reach adequate. I finally found a phone number to call so I hope all my problems will be fixed soon.
