As a resort owner, this is the worst app possible. It does not boot up easily, randomly closes while searching, and dies not give you point valves or availability. Very disappointed. Hope they get this fixed and updated.

App keeps crashing, or when it does let me choose the state and a resort, it loads a blank page

I tried several times to create a profile but I kept being redirected to the resort is searched. Not very NOVICE friendly...

It's supposed to do searches but it just pulls up random crap. I tried to find resorts in CA and got resorts in Canary Islands, St. Marteen, and Cobo. I'm going to uninstalled this disaster.

After update its totally useless .. you would think with the amount we pay .. SOMEONE would realise there is an issue and fix it ... its not rocket science

After update cannot login or schedule or view what's available to schedule. App is a waste of memory space at this point!!

As others have pointed out, can't get beyond log in screen. Totally broken.

It used to be great but now it's useless.

The new update is awful. The app crashes as fast as you touch a feature and the log in button doesn't work. No longer can sign in.

Great app for Diamond members to speculate on the next getaway!

Easy now to change resorts, but information on the resorts I have been to recently somewhat lacking. It may be useful for reporting problems, or making requests while at a resort, but I'm not sure I'd be prepared to risk it. Very few local attractions, restaurants, etc. appear to be listed. If Diamond intend to add local amenities, it could be made useful, but they are certainly taking their time over it.

As an employee of diamond resorts it is a very useful tool in our industry. Although I would like it be more informative as to photos of all or our resorts both abroad as well as in the US so that would be very helpful as well bit it works great for me as an employee

It's a joke, unable to do anything but change location. What a waste of time!!!!!

The new release wants new permissions that I don't believe are necessary. I won't be upgrading until this is justified

On install I never even saw the front page with flight options etc and now I've selected a resort I like many others can now not get back to anything else. Needs a major update to correct proper function.

Won't accept login often. If it does it freezes up. Most frustrating

Just found this app and was hoping to be a to see the various locations in the Diamond Resort stable. Unfortunately once you visit a location you cannot return to the home menu. With out the ability to return to home the app has no usefulness.

The app looks good until you select a resort then there is no way to get back to the main menu. Evenquitting and resetting takes you back to the same resort and the back button exits the app. This is some of the worst so design and demonstrates that even the most rudimentary alpha testing has not been performed.

Designed to replace the paper information sheets we used to be presented with. Doesn't work too bad at that, but still not great. Unfortunately once a resort has been selected, there appears to be no facility to go to a different resort. Quite frankly, it's rubbish.

At first I thought my connection was bad, so the app could not download properly. I downloaded other apps after this app with no problem. DRI app gets to 19 percent and freezes.

Starts off making you select a location then doesn't really give you any options. Only after you invoke the menu can you do things. Also when trying to log in as a member it directs you to a web site that comes up as not secure.

You can search locations, that's pretty much all it seems to be able to do. If you were to select "book a room" it redirects you to their web page. Why have an app if it only does a fraction of what people want it to do. A waste of time and resources.

As a web/app developer, I expect a lot more from a resort company's application. Using the latest version of the app (as of 2/24/15) on my S3 and I can't get back to the main screen from one of the resorts. The back button closes the app, and there are no menu options to go back to the main screen. The login option wants to open up the web browser. I'll try again later, but I am really disappointed in this app.

Resorts are listed alphabetical would be easier to look up if they where grouped by state or country

I got this app thinking I can log in directly (not having to go to an external site) and do perform things on it like the website. Instead you're physically taken to the website and well it's the desktop version. It would be nice if you didn't need to go to the same website ON your smart phone. Most apps, specifically bank apps allow you to manage your account without having to go to the actual site. I would like for this app to have the same site feature but in a condensed version.

Complete junk... Don't bother until the boss gets wind of this horrible app and demands someone makes it useful bc currently it sucks monkey butt. Please make it even somewhat useful

Can't do anything with this app. You should be able to log in to your account and make reservations, see account balances, points available, make payments, etc.. Difficult to navigate and simply a waste of time downloading it. Already uninstalled it.

Nothing more than an app that hyperlinks to your browser on most occasions. Could be so much more.

This app is intuitive and forward thinking. I have downloaded several apps by Monscierge and been pleased with all of them.

There is so much information missing it makes the application almost useless. Accommodation listing don't even give details of all the room types. Anyplace in Australia? Affiliate locations?

Diamond Resorts International is a great company. Looking forward to the app update on August 15th.
