GR8 app! Works as advertised, no issues, gr8 prices & products as always. Saves you thousands of dollars over other overly priced items at other local retail stores! MP has been my go to store for all my home theater needs plus other odd & end items for the past decade! There high-end HDMI cables will out perform all other competitors costing 4 thousand dollars, hands down!

Great system for browsing products, but cannot log in to account whatsoever. Purchasing items without running into an error message is exceptionally rare, leading me to often wonder if my payment was processed or not.

I can login to the site via browser just fine. But this app always gives invalid username/password. So, I'm not able to write a review for a product in the browser (Chrome) because the fields constantly reset themselves after filling. And I can't write the review in the app because I somehow can't even log in.

It won't let me log in, or submit a problem ticket. Says something about the server being unreachable.

It seems like most of the issues others have experienced have been resolved, and it's pretty much fully functional now. My only complaints are the discoloration of the left drop down menu, and the my account option in the right hand menu doesn't do anything, I feel like it should bring up an account summary page or something.

When an item is available in multiple sizes, like diff length HDMI cables, you can't see the size in the description, in the list of items returned in the search results. Can't even see it when u click an item! FAIL

Update - 12/14/2015 I checked the app today and much to my surprise it was working properly. Glad the connection was restored and I am once again satisfied.

I love Monoprice, but this app is totally useless. Consistently fails to load.

The one feature that would make money for Monoprice is broken for me. I go through the checkout process, and it asks for a phone number... but gives me no way to provide one. I try to create a new shipping address and give a phone number there, but that fails as well. So I have to wait to order from home... when I probably won't have time!

Each Android device has it's own shopping cart - you can't start building your cart on one device and continue on another device or on the web site, or start on the web site and continue on your Android device. Mobile site is better than the app for this reason.

The "my orders" section of the app says I have no existing orders even though I know I have one (and the website reflects it).

Unstable now. Says it can't connect to server even after reinstall.

Great app for browsing but anything else it is rare to not run into an error :(

Do you need a cable for something these guys don't have it, you don't need it! Heck these guys will even make something special for you.

I had no problems.Just like any other app.

Good for browsing and account management, but it's slow as all hell, and I can't get any payments processed through cc or pp. It won't even get me to the screen to input my card or log in.

Perpetually get Retry error, can't connect to server. The app is useless, use the website instead.

LOVE Monoprice, I've steered all of my friends there. But this app isn't working.

Doesn't connect. Never has. Tried reinstalling after a good long while <2 months> and now it works. Thanks DEV's for all you help... "NOT"!! That's why the 3 stars. Absolutely no help from the dev.

Fairly terrible. Will it ever be updated?

I've purchased several items through the app but non of my orders show up in my account. I have to go online to view my purchases.

I can finally login. Apps is meh. Could use a better UI.

The app worked before but now I keep getting a unable to connect to server error. Even after updating.. Nexus 5 5.1.1

Your prices can't be beat. I use and recommend you guys all the time but there is absolutely no reason your app can't be made so that it can be moved to the sd card in Android phones saving valuable resources for the owner. That is the only reason I gave you three stars instead of 5 stars. Fix it to where I can move this app to my sd card and I'll raise my rating.

The web is better, but I was able to place a large order just fine.

It works fine until you try to login, at which point it loses connection and never works again.

The first time I installed I got a server connection error when I tried to log into my account. I tried a few times over two days. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Before logging in I added something to my shopping cart. Then when I logged in it worked. Issue resolved.

That is all I get but if I go to a browser I can shop and order. Still love the company just not their APP

When I choose a type of products, I can't see more than ten even though there are dozens. If I try to sort by price, it says "Can't find any products matching your search". It just doesn't work!

Finally fixed that sign in bug! Thanks.

The new update says minor fix released for this version but a new major bug got introduced. Everytime I click add to cart, it takes you to the cart with double the items showing up in the cart.
