Why the message 'An application restart is required' at each launch? Looks like more an ebook than an app, but can't annotate like an ebook. Clean interface, so 3* while content quality is not checked. Why not movable to SD?

Installed then would interupt ALL systems and flash messages on my quad core phone. Extremely hard to delete as over rode uninstall happened. Finally got rid of it.
