Lots of ATM locations are wrong or the locations are even closed - and no way to report those! Also a very unintuitive app, as others have mentioned.

It's frustrating that a company as big as VISA can't get the basics right.A simple on screen button to flip the home currency to the destination currency is pretty standard on exchange rate calculators. Secondly when you want to do it manually and you have for example EUR as you home currency and GBP as your destination currency and want to change the home currency to GBP the app won't allow it! It's pretty dumb. eg, one has to change the GBP to a random currency first, then change the home country to GBP!

starting the app asks to check that you accept terms and conditions and click on the start button.result:a message "unauthorized access". that is all you can do on this app. expecting that it would at least work

it is outrageous that this piece of junk is being offered on Google Play. it is completely useless it doesn't work Google Play should take it off immediately and should charge visa for daring to put up such a completely useless piece of software. I am disgusted at the discrete for behaviour of visa.

WOW! Just installed, thought I'd check for local ATMs and most aren't listed, some listed don't exist and the ones that do are huge distances away... some miles! Incredibly bad for a giant like Visa! And dangerous too... one of the ghost ATMs is in a very dodgy neighbourhood. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I find this app useful and easy for figuring out exchange rates, and as a bonus you can view local attractions. Not bad considering it's free and doesn't have aggressive permissions or advertising. For the first time I remember, the exchange isn't working right now, so 4 star.

The app can find my location but can't download rates. Tried a few times and then uninstalled.

Found this app good to have on my recent trip as it let me know how much I was going to be charged in my home currency.

I am going to Tuscany soon and asked for ATM locations in Fiesole and Firenze. For both locations the app was wrong. It said Fiesole had none which was wrong. There is one. For Firenze it said there is only one when I know there are numerous ATMS. What is happening here. I won't be using this app to locate ATMS.

Can you please add ability to autosave ALL conversions, for later view/inspection. The way its now it only displays it once, with no record history of previous conversions :(

Useless. I installed this app before a trip to Central Europe. At the few occasions it didn't say "An unknown error occurred" or "Could not fetch data", it was pretty much useless as an ATM locator anyway. Uninstalled.

In theory good app. Unfortunately completely out of date or not correct in first place. Absolutely useless! !

Please fix this, I keep getting notification welcoming me to China and defaulting to a location in Beijing. I live in the UK, my GPS tracker says I'm in the UK, so how can my app send me a welcome to China notification??

Uses around 70% CPU on my Oneplus X even after exiting.

I'm using the tool for this reason, exchange rate hasnt changes for a few days. i compared with the website currency converter and rates there are getting updated, so im uninstalling.

At last Visa have made an app that installs and runs (OnePlus and Jolla). ATM map is partial as it only shows Bank ATMs but better than nothing

On my Sony Xperia T, Android 4.1.2 can't start. Just a message about unsupported device appears.

Well done Visa the app STILL won't run on one of the most popular devices. Put the interchange fees to good use and fix this for the OnePlus One running CM12 please. Mastercard can get their app to run so why not Visa? Would give zero if I could. #priceless
