I would love to be able to use the app. I've been waiting over a year for it to start working for me but it will not accept my password no matter what I do. Works fine if I go on the website on my computer but will not let me log in on the app. Please let me know if something is wrong with the app for everyone else or if I need to do something on the website first. I will gladly change to 5 stars if I can just get the app up and running

Not user friendly! Takes several attempts to log it, it crashes and then makes you reenter your information more than once just to log in. The check deposit never works, even though it's a clear picture. Your balance is never actuate. Tech support is useless. If this wasn't the only bank around me, I would not use this bank because of how awful this app is.

The last week every time I try opening it tells me system unavailable. Looks like it's not just mine for reading reviews. Can we please get this fix ASAP

This app would be helpful if it actually worked, usually says "system unavailable". I also see lots of reviews complaining about all of it's issues and nobody has tried to fix the bugs yet.

The past two weeks, I get a system unavailable error message about 50% of the time. Kind of frustrating that the app is down almost more than it's up.

Worked 2x and has stopped. Main reason why i downloaded the app.

Outdated compared to other bank institutions.

Can't use my phones back button to go back. Would be nice to have this function

I've installed and uninstalled this app 2 or 3 tines. everyone I try to enroll it says "can't confirm identity, system is unavailable" even after talking to the bank support I couldn't get anywhere. just a lousy application.

Its very confusing it give you two balances available and balance witch are subject to change at any moment I use only my debit card for most of my transactions for mostly i dont have to carry around a pen an tablet let the card do all the math and not let me spend more then i have. Well on this card ive had several nsf and at $30 a pop i am having to do exactly that. I loved the check deposit feature and used it alot.then i made a mistake by depositing a check twice the very next mourning i was thare at the bank with the check that i intended to deposit whitch happened to be for the same amont from the same person with the same date. An honest mistake. I havent been able to use that feature since. I transferd 20 from my checking to my savings didnt realize that they had took 30 out that mourning so i didnt have enough to cover it so i was charged an additional 30 for nsf. Useful for account balances but it won't let you deposit from afar which is the main reason I installed the app.

Man I love you guys as a bank I really do but this app is garbage at keeping track of online spending it takes almost 3 days to show up as pending or show if it's takein out or not fix plz

I use the same phone to make mobile deposits at other banks and they work fine. B of S never works.

This app never allows me to use the deposit feature. I have complained time and time again and it still never works. I have tried every suggestion the online support staff has offered. Maybe it's time they realize that it's not operator error but a problem with the app.

Just makes life a lot easier. Staff at Sonora branch do a great job and are friendly.

Great app but would love immediate updates on spending or pending transactions like the actual website. Other than that... A+

The main feature of an app like this is being able to deposit a check without going to the bank. The deposit by photo app is very unreliable, almost unusuable on some checks. Really hope someone maintains this app and is able to improve the deposit process.

I am first to review this app. on this phone. This app. has not worked since I installing it, nor has it worked after a few uninstalls and reinstalls. I am especially disappointed in the way that my request for help have been handled by Tech Support at the Bank, basically leaving me to feel that I was on my own and not solving the problem. I have been told that you must take many pictures sometimes before you get one to confirm, that the back ground is to light, too busy or too dark, nothing works. I have never had a successful deposit after following any of the instructions to date. However I can say that using an IPhone I have had successes. I have been with the Bank for many years and expected better from the online banking department and hope that some one will take interest in solving the problems and getting the app. working on my phone,

Works great on everything else but keeps crashing upon taking a photo of a check every time. Tried to reinstall, no luck even causes Google play to crash when trying to report it. Please fix.

This is a great app, very easy to use. Making a deposit is quick and easy and I like being able to make a transfers on my phone. Makes managing my accounts easy.

They have been a goto bank for years and care so much for there customers! This app is great for them!

so it's impossible to pay bills through this app unless you know the exact amount and when it's due.
