Worst service provider in Cab Services. I have tried using it thrice now but apart from the first time, the other two times they haven't come through. I ordered my ride, the driver didn't show up and switched off his phone. The third time when I tried to get a ride the lady from customer care terminated my request and told me that there were no cars close by yet I could see 2 from my end. The other day they had blocked my account because I was trying to check my fare estimate. In short, this will waste your time.

Hi guys. This is the best cab app so far we have in Nairobi. Don't mind about what some people are saying negatively about it. I've been using it for more than 2 years now. The only issue is that it's a bit difficult to use for beginners(new users) but once you get familiar then you'll never ever think about commuting with matatus again. And of course another weakness is that some of their cabs are old school. But who cares as long as u reach your destination in time??

Worst taxi service I have used in Nairobi, i was overcharged due to Your app calculation the wrong figure, that was in Feb, it's now Two months later and your office in Nairobi has refused to pay back the excess money I was charged this is, highly unprofessional and to me is the same as robbing your clients.

With the competition all around they need to up their game in terms of their app. ..New users have a difficult time logging in and the customer service crew seem to have no idea on how to help....it has happened to all FOUR of my referrals....Mondo CATCH UP

I've previously been a fan of Mondo coz their budget option is so much cheaper than other ride apps. But Mondo's service is continually wanting. Your drivers can't follow a map (??), the app doesn't update with the location of the ride to know how far it is, and on multiple occasions I've had drivers stop (or attempt to) to refuel mid-trip. My wife's account was deactivated with no warning/reason given (a simple email would have been nice to know why). Also, calling customer care & the phone not being answered is something I didn't know still happened in 2017
